Abstract

Every human being has a basic need for a house, which also functions as a place to live and shelter from the elements such as rain, heat and others. The need for housing is increasing along with the growth of Indonesia's population. As a result, competition among property developers is getting tougher. Real estate developers are competing to design houses with different advantages and disadvantages. Of course, investors take into account more than the structure itself investors are also very concerned about the environment and property costs and encourage consumers to be interested in buying investors' homes.
