Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of education, job satisfaction and length of service on turnover at PT Telkom Access Singaraja. The sample in this study was 95 people. The data collection techniques in this research are documentation and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test. The results of the research show that: 1) the regression coefficient is negative so it is concluded that education has a negative and significant effect on turnover, 2) the regression coefficient is negative so it is concluded that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover, 3) the regression coefficient is negative so it is concluded that length of service has a negative and significant effect on turnover. turnover

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of salary, working conditions and service programs for employees on work productivity of employees at PT. Balian Media Online Nusantara. The population in the study was 55 people while the sample in this study was a saturated sample. Sampling technique when all members of the population are sampled. Data collection method by using a questionnaire, technique data analysis techniques using the SPSS application. The research results show that the results of testing hypothesis 1 show that salary has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of testing hypothesis 2 show that working conditions have a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The second hypothesis is accepted. The results of testing hypothesis 3 show that service programs for employees have a positive and significant effect on work productivity

Abstract

The purpose in this study is to know. Strategy for Development and Improvement of Traditional Herbal Medicine Business (Study at Warung Ibu Pebri Jl. Obi Island Gang Durian Singaraja) The type of research used is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview techniques and documentation techniques. As for The results in this case can be seen from 2 aspects, namely: 1. For Warung Bu Ferbi, a) product quality, b) product prices, c) technology benefits, d) customer satisfaction, 2. For consumers, a) there is an improvement in product quality, b) product price adjustments, c) the use of technology in product marketing, d) there is satisfaction felt by customers with the products sold.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the performance of staff members at the Widhya Asih Children's Social Welfare Institute in Bali Province is impacted by time management, competency, and leadership style. This study employs a quantitative methodology, gathering data via questionnaire distribution.  An interval scale with a ra  nge of 1 to 5 was used to measure the questionnaireA random sample was employed to pick the respondents, and a maximum of 33 respondents were used. SPSS Version PASW Statistics 18 for ewindows is the data analysis method utilized to support this study. The results of hypothesis testing on all variables show that the factors influencing (1) time management have a significant effect on employee performance. (2) Competence has a negative but considerable impact on employee performance. (3) Leadership style has a fav orable and significant impact on employee performance. (4) Employee Performance is significantly impacted by leadership style, competence, and time management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja, beban kerja dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Smartfren Kabupaten Buleleng. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, analisis determinasi dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Smartfren Kabupaten Buleleng dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji T-Test menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Beban kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Smartfren Kabupaten Buleleng dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji T-Test menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teamwork berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Smartfren Kabupaten Buleleng dari hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji T-Test menunjukkan bahwa teamwork berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kemampuan kerja, beban kerja dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how human capital management influences service quality with career development as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire and documentation technique. The total population and sample used were 40 people from 5 (five) villas in Kalisada Village, Buleleng-Bali which consisted of Manik Segara Villa, Mahkai Villa, Medium Villa, Palmeira Villa and Le Petit Leon Villa. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling- Partial Least Square) mode using SMARTPLS3 to process research data. The relationship examined in this study showed one result that was not significant and the other results had a positive and significant effect. Therefore, villa companies are expected to be able to improve employee careers by looking at how large the human capital management is and the quality of service each employee has. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of situational leadership style, work discipline and effective communication on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of Buleleng Regency. The sample in this study amounted to 77 people. Data collection in this study used questionnaire and documentation techniques. The analytical techniques used in this study are validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test tests, f-test tests. The results showed that the results of hypothesis 1 testing showed a positive regression coefficient so that it was concluded that situational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 2 testing show a positive regression coefficient so that it is concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results of hypothesis 3 testing show a positive regression coefficient so that it is concluded that effective communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja, serta menggunakan satu variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 99 responden dengan teknik uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai selama masa pandemi COVID-19 di Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data angket. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Pembangunan Daerah Buleleng Cabang Singaraja yang dibuktikan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui uji-t dimana t-hitung < t-tabel dengan nilai 0,212 < 2,004 sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh parsial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Singaraja yang dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis melalui uji-t dimana t-hitung > t-tabel dengan nilai 2,712< 2,004. Secara simultan K3 dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap < 2,004. Secara simultan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Bank Pembangunan Daerah Bali Cabang Singaraja dengan nilai F-hitung > F-tabel yaitu 12,595 > 3,16
