Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and job characteristics on employee performance partially at the Department of Youth and Sports of Bima Regency, the type of research used is associative research. 48 civil servants, 10 honorary people and 19 volunteers. The sample in this study were as many as 65 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, questionnaire sharing in the form of questionnaires and literature study to find the latest and related references related to the title of this article, data analysis used is validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient test and determination, partial test and simultaneous test. The results in this study indicate that the variable individual characteristics and job characteristics together have an influence on the performance of employees at the Department of Education and Sport, Bima Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of a significant influence between communication and the environment on employee job satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the type of research used is Associative, this research was conducted at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bima City, the population used is the number staff in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bim City, consisting of employees (PNS = 34 and Honorary K-II = 20 people) with a population of 54 people, the sample in this study were 37 people. With a sampling technique (simple random sampling). The communication variable has a tcount of 1.162 <ttable 2.035 and a significance value of 0.254> 0.05 while the work environment variable has a tcount of 6,019> ttable 2,035 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05. The conclusion of this research is that the work environment variable has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office while the communication variable has no positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at the Bima City Population and Civil Registry Office. Abstract

Based on knowing how much the influence of discipline on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) West Nusa Tenggara Regional Master Unit (UIW) West Nusa Tenggara UP3 Bima, researchers used a descriptive method, which is a method of examining the status of a human group or an object, a system of thought or class of events in the present. From the research results of the questionnaire that was distributed to 47 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit (UIW) West Nusa Tenggara UP3 Bima, Discipline variable has a significant effect on Job Performance. This is indicated by the results of the calculation of hypothesis testing, it can be seen that tcount = 3.893 is greater than ttable = 2.01410 this means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, then there is a disciplinary influence on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Parent Unit (UIW). From the value of correlation or relationship (R) that is equal to 0.502. From the output obtained a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.252, which implies that the influence of the independent variable (Discipline) on the dependent variable (Job Performance) is 25.20% and the remaining 74.80% is influenced by other factors not yet examined such as work environment, motivation, compensation, training and others

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and explain how much the Employee Motivation at the Office of the Head of West Rasanae Sub-District, Bima City. In this research, the type of research used is descriptive. Nonprobability Sampling Technique is a sampling technique used. The number of samples used was 39 respondents, using the nonprobability sampling method. Based on the test results starting from the validity test, the reliability test states valid and reliability. The significance test (t test) states that "It is suspected that the Employee Work Motivation at the Office of the Head of West Rasanae Sub-district, Bima City is more than or equal to 75% of the expected criteria (already high)" can be proven or accepted.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh human relation dan kondisi lingkungan kerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap etos kerja karyawan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Woha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling sehingga keseluruhan populasi digunakan sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 responden, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien deteminasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik yang dilakukan secara parsial human relation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Woha dan secara parsial kondisi lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Woha. Secara simultan variabel human relation dan kondisi lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap etos kerja karyawan Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Woha.
