Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Paya geli terletak di kecamatan medan sunggal kabupaten Deli Serdang dan termasuk populasi ternak yang paling tinggi yaitu 260 kambing. Implementasi pengolahan susu etawa menjadi masker di Desa Paya Geli bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok ternak. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui praktek pembuatan masker, pelatihan cara pemerasan susu yang higienis, dan diskusi tentang manajemen keuangan. Delapan orang mitra terlibat dalam kegiatan ini, dengan metode evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan Mitra untuk mendapatkan umpan balik, serta pemantauan terhadap perkembangan dan hasil kerja Mitra setelah pelatihan dilakukan. Dengan kombinasi metode pre-test dan post-test, observasi, wawancara, dan evaluasi skill, tim pengabdian dapat secara komprehensif mengevaluasi efektivitas kegiatan pelatihan dan dampaknya terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Mitra Peternak Kambing.Terjadi peningkatan skill mitra sebesar 30% setelah kegiatan berlangsung. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan implementasi pengolahan susu etawa menjadi masker di Desa Paya Geli berjumlah 8 orang.Abstract: Paya Geli Village is located in Medan Sunggal sub-district, Deli Serdang district and has the highest livestock population, namely 260 goats. The implementation of processing etawa milk into masks in Paya Geli Village aims to increase the income of livestock groups. Activities were carried out through the practice of making masks, training on how to express milk hygienically, and discussions on financial management. Eight partners were involved in this activity, with the evaluation method carried out through observation and interviews with Partners to obtain feedback, as well as monitoring the progress and results of Partners' work after the training was carried out. With a combination of pre-test and post-test methods, observation, interviews and skill evaluation, the service team can comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of training activities and their impact on increasing the knowledge and skills of Goat Farming Partners. There was an increase in partner skills of 30% after the activity took place. Eight partners were involved in the implementation of etawa milk processing into masks in Paya Geli Village.
