Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Badung Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Assets specifically regarding the disposal of regional assets at the Regional Coordinator Office of the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports in Petang District, Badung Regency. It also seeks to identify the obstacles encountered during this implementation process. The study utilizes the policy implementation theory proposed by Van Meter and Van Horn (cited in Suharno, 2013). Eight informants involved in the disposal of regional assets at the aforementioned office were selected using purposive sampling. Qualitative data analysis was employed. The results indicate that the implementation of the regulation regarding the disposal of regional assets at the Regional Coordinator Office of the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports in Petang District has been successful; this is evidenced by the fulfillment of the six variables influencing implementation performance as defined by Van Meter and Van Horn (cited in Suharno, 2013) during the asset disposal process. However, obstacles remain, particularly regarding communication; specifically, the staff responsible for asset management at the office do not yet fully understand the updates and changes regarding the execution of regional asset disposal. Abstract

Abstract Deliberation Village Development Planning is an important forum in realize participatory development. However involvement Woman in the forum Still classified as low. Study This aim For describe form, factor inhibitors, and impact participation Woman in Deliberation Village Development Planning in the Village Angantaka, District Abiansemal, Regency Badung. Method research used is qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Informant in study This consists of from village head, secretary village, village head planning, BPD secretary, LPM, PKK chair and cadre integrated health post. Results study show that form participation Woman Already walk with Good But Not yet fully optimal. Factor the inhibitor covering lack of socialization And education, limitations time available and lack of trust self. That matter cause aspirations Woman Not yet distributed in a way maximum in planning development village in the village Angantaka, With Thus, participation Woman in Deliberation Village Development Planning in the Village Angantaka Still need improved through effort empowerment, socialization and creation room more participation equal for women can follow contribute in a way active in development optimal villages especially in the village Angantaka, District Abiansemal, Regency Badung.
