Abstract

This research aims to find out in general the realization of the method of giving to the community and increase the affection of Umrah in the people of Bengkulu City which is used by PT. Wafdullah is the Distinguished Guest of Bengkulu City. The qualitative method was used by collecting data through a survey of 10 people in the organizational structure and 15 pilgrims who were potential customers or customers. The structured survey instrument was used to measure respondents' perception of products, prices, and services in using the method of dissemination to the people of Bengkulu City, The data collected was analyzed using the interview method. In addition, the syiar method is more effective to strengthen the relationship between the pilgrims and the Syiar Team carried out by PT. Wafdullah Distinguished Guest of Bengkulu City The result of this finding is to Increase the Affection of Umrah in the People of Bengkulu City, namely by forming products that are desired by prospective pilgrims and also trying to facilitate more optimally better than others, setting prices that vary quite variously starting from quality facilities so that it is easier for pilgrims to register themselves to go to Baitullah.
