Abstract

One of the functions of a sovereign state of law is to be able to properly administer each judicial process and realize it in a very broad scope of society. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that each country has its own way of completing each judicial decision as well as Indonesia as a country that is very obedient and obedient to applicable laws, the Indonesian people highly respect every judicial process that is carried out. issued through the prosecutor's decision, while the mechanism for terminating the decision of the prosecution of cases carried out by the attorney general is a special authority regulated through a law and has certain reasons for each decision making, as for several reasons that serve as a reference for prosecutors in implementing The judicial process includes cases that do not have strong enough evidence to be involved in a trial process, then the case has passed the time limit determined by the trial and lastly The case is closed for a legal interest, the purposes of the interests contained in the Act have a broad meaning and one of them concerns the interests of the state and society at large.

Abstract

The era of globalization has had a very significant impact on human life, the emergence of internet media as a new media has also influenced various fields and sectors in the global order of life. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and data triangulation analysis, the results of the study explain that as one of the sectors that is also affected by the emergence of information and communication, the legal justice process in Indonesia also adapts to various current developments, the existence of various crimes that are born through internet access or what is commonly referred to as cyber crime, the Indonesian government has made a transformation in dealing with the defendants by issuing various laws and government decisions as one way so that prosecution can be carried out quickly and precisely. involved in the trial process are several electronic documents that are indeed very influential on the judge's decision in the trial process, the presence of such evidence is indeed still a new thing in the judicial process in Indonesia but in reality This has been stated in several articles of the Information Technology and Electronic Law.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi membuat hubungan dunia menjadi tanpa batas. Kebebasan setiap orang dalam menuangkan setiap ide, saran dan kritik bahkan hujatan sering terlihat disetiap media sosial yang tersedia. Banyaknya remaja sekarang yang tidak mengetahui tengtang aturan yang ada dapat berakibat fatal bagi remaja yang tidak bijak dalam berkomunikasi di media sosial. Oleh karena itu mereka diharuskan faham terhadap aturan atau regulasi dalam penggunaan media sosial. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi tentang wawasan dan pengetahuan ilmu dalam bidang hukum, khususnya dalam hukum teknologi informasi dan transaksi elektronik dalam penggunaan media sosial kepada setiap siswa khususnya siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Jalancagak. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan cara penyuluhan dengan teknik ceramah. Setelah pemaparan berbagai informasi terkait UU ITE mereka mengetahui lebih jauh dan memahami kegiatan yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan undang-undang tersebut. Saran dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kewaspadaan kepada pihak yang terlibat, khususnya siswa-siswi di SMAN 1 Jalancagak dalam penggunaan media sosial. Sehingga tidak berakibat fatal dan merugikan akibat ketidaktahuandalam berkomunikasi di media sosial.
