Abstract

This factory uses solar cells as the main source of electricity generation. The aim is to design and build an acquisition system that can read currents, voltages, temperatures, and power in solar cells, measure the performance of current, voltage, temperature, and power data acquisition systems generated by solar cells. The PV efficiency value is 9.85%, with a FF value of 0.776 which indicates that the FF value is not low. Also achieved a power efficiency value of 9.82% which is not far from the value of PV efficiency. However, this value is still far from 100% due to loss or loss of power or condition which is one of the factors that cause losses resulting in loss of some energy output. From the duration of 1 and 2 hours of data drying on PV using a load, it appears that V and I are lower than 1 and 2 hours of data drying without using a load, because V and I output PV is not absorbed by the load.

Abstract

Green economy focuses on sustainable development while considering environmental preservation at local, regional, and global levels. This approach supports sustainable economic growth by taking environmental impacts into account, creating job opportunities, and utilizing renewable energy to enhance societal well-being. In Indonesia, the agriculture, plantation, and fisheries sectors contribute 30.32% to GDP and employ 16.2 million workers, with palm oil being one of the main commodities. This study aims to analyze the impact of palm oil on sustainable development from a public policy perspective. Using a qualitative research method based on a literature review, this study examines the role of palm oil within the context of the problem stream, policy stream, and politics stream. The findings indicate that the problem stream includes environmental issues such as deforestation, water pollution, and wildlife population decline, as well as social issues such as land conflicts and community dependence on the palm oil industry, and economic challenges such as financial losses due to European Union policies. The policy stream involves programs such as the B30 biodiesel initiative and ISPO certification, while the politics stream encompasses international pressure, domestic policies, and government commitments to sustainable development through restrictions on new land permits. The novelty of this research lies in its comprehensive analysis of the integration of the three policy streams in assessing the impact of palm oil, providing insights for strengthening green economy-based policies to support environmental sustainability and societal welfare. Better policies are needed in palm oil management, including improved inter-agency coordination, transparency, and community engagement to promote economic, social, and environmental sustainability.

Abstract

This study analyzes Kang Dedi Mulyadi’s (KDM) political branding strategy on Instagram as a manifestation of local moral populism. It argues that his leadership image is built on personal morality and Sundanese cultural values rather than policy rationality. Qualitative content analysis reveals a consistent prioritization of Political Value and Activity Report posts, positioning KDM as a simple, moral, and hard-working leader. This image is reinforced by focusing on Relationship and Personal Value in his personality content, which builds emotional closeness with the public. Visual elements, particularly white Sundanese traditional clothing, serve as symbolic markers of simplicity and local wisdom. KDM’s success creates a paradox: it effectively builds trust through affective bonds but risks shifting the political arena from rational deliberation to a personal moral stage, potentially weakening democratic accountability (the “Halo Effect”).
