Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of PayLater's existence on the level of impulsive buying behavior in society. The method used involves in-depth analysis, incorporating observation and literature review to assess impulsive buying behavior and the use of PayLater services. The results indicate that the dependent variable, PayLater’s existence, can be explained by the independent variable, which is the level of impulsive buying behavior in society, while the remainder is explained by other factors. The study concludes that the PayLater system facilitates immediate product purchases, with payment made in installments. Impulsive buying behavior is most prevalent among individuals aged 18-21 years. The PayLater system has both positive and negative implications: on the positive side, it enables users to acquire essential products during urgent financial needs; however, it also fosters consumerism and may encourage impulsive purchases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dan produktivitas di sektor ekonomi kreatif menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Studi dilakukan pada beberapa subsektor, seperti media digital, desain grafis, dan industri musik, untuk memahami dinamika unik yang memengaruhi kesejahteraan dan produktivitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk memilih partisipan yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan fleksibel memiliki dampak signifikan pada kesejahteraan emosional karyawan. Kolaborasi yang baik meningkatkan inovasi dan produktivitas tim, sedangkan fleksibilitas kerja memberikan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi. Namun, tantangan juga ditemukan dalam implementasi budaya kerja. Kurangnya penghargaan formal terhadap kontribusi individu dan batasan yang kabur antara pekerjaan dan kehidupan pribadi sering kali menjadi sumber stres. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif, penghargaan yang adil, dan kebijakan kerja yang terstruktur untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa budaya kerja yang inklusif dan mendukung dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan sekaligus mendorong produktivitas dan inovasi di sektor ekonomi kreatif. Rekomendasi praktis diberikan kepada organisasi untuk merancang kebijakan kerja yang holistik, dengan fokus pada kesejahteraan karyawan dan pengembangan budaya kerja yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia dan menawarkan wawasan praktis untuk sektor ekonomi kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of system security and sharia compliance on user loyalty of sharia-based fintech applications in Indonesia. A quantitative approach is used with a survey method of 130 respondents who are active users of sharia fintech applications. The instrument in the form of a Likert-scale questionnaire was analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique. The results showed that system security and sharia compliance had a positive and significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on user loyalty. High system security, such as data protection and authentication, as well as compliance with sharia principles such as contract transparency and Sharia Supervisory Board supervision, are proven to build trust and increase user attachment to the application. These findings contribute to the development of strategies to increase customer loyalty in Islamic fintech in Indonesia.
