Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini ialah kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso belum optimal yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil capaian kerja belum mencapai target yang telah ditentukan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pegawai, kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso selama 7 bulan yaitu pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Juli 2024. Jumlah populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 67 pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Pada penelitian ini menggunkan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pegawai, kompensasi dan budaya kerja berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap Komitmen organisasi. kompetensi pegawai, kompensasi dan budaya kerja serta komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Kompetensi pegawai terhadap Kinerja pegawai melalui Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso. Sedangkan kompensasi dan budaya kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai melalui Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bondowoso

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, kompetensi, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga pendamping profesional di Kementerian Desa, Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal, dan Transmigrasi di Kabupaten Jember. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran tenaga pendamping profesional dalam memastikan implementasi pembangunan desa yang efektif, sesuai amanat Undang-Undang Desa. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang baik dari koordinator kabupaten secara signifikan memengaruhi kinerja tenaga pendamping, khususnya dalam membangun motivasi dan koordinasi kerja. Kompetensi teknis dan manajerial juga terbukti memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap keberhasilan implementasi program pembangunan desa. Selain itu, disiplin kerja, termasuk kepatuhan terhadap SOP dan ketepatan pelaporan, menjadi faktor kunci dalam memastikan efisiensi dan akuntabilitas kerja. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja tenaga pendamping profesional. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan pelatihan kompetensi, penerapan gaya kepemimpinan yang partisipatif, dan penguatan budaya kerja yang disiplin untuk optimalisasi peran pendamping profesional dalam mendukung pembangunan desa yang berkelanjutan

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah financing, financing risk and liquidity risk on profitability in Private Sharia Commercial Banks in 2018-2022. The type of research used is quantitative research. The data used is secondary data through reports from each company. The population in this research is Private Sharia Commercial Banks registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The data collection technique used was the purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 9 companies. The data analysis methods used are classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination (R¬2) and hypothesis testing. The results show that musyarakah financing, murabahah financing and partial financing risk have a significant effect on profitability, while mudharabah financing and partial liquidity risk have no effect on profitability. Simultaneously mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah financing, financing risk and liquidity risk influence profitability

Abstract

Performance measurement is still a topic that is often raised in research, as the focus of this research is examining the performance of Bondowoso Regency DPRD Secretariat employees. This research was developed with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of the work environment, workload, work discipline and work commitment on the performance of Bondowoso Regency DPRD Secretariat employees. This research is included in confirmatory research with a sample size of 52 respondents, saturated sampling technique was used due to the limited number of employees. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression processed with SPSS 22.0. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that both partially and simultaneously the work environment variables, workload, work discipline and work commitment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Bondowoso Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the work environment, workload, work discipline and work commitment have a contribution of 83.7% to the performance variable

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of workload, reward and punishment, and work environment on employee performance at RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso, with work motivation as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach and path analysis, the study examines direct and indirect effects among variables. The population comprises non-medical employees, with a sample determined using the Slovin formula and selected via stratified random sampling. The results indicate that workload, reward and punishment, and work environment significantly affect employee performance. These factors also influence work motivation, which in turn positively impacts performance. Motivation serves as a partial mediator, highlighting its critical role in linking workload, reward and punishment, and work environment to employee performance. The study emphasizes the importance of optimizing workload allocation, implementing fair reward and punishment systems, and fostering a conducive work environment. Enhancing employee motivation is essential for maximizing the impact of these factors on performance. The findings offer valuable insights for management at RSUD dr. H. Koesnadi Bondowoso and contribute to human resource management knowledge in the healthcare sector. Addressing these elements holistically can significantly improve employee performance and support the development of effective policies for organizational efficiency and employee well-being
