Abstract

Etos kerja merupakan hal yang sangat penting terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dalam home industry. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh etos kerja karyawan terhadap kesejahteraan home industri dikecamatan talang. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan korespondensi dengan jumlah sampek 100 orang karyawan yang ada di Desa Langgen. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh posistif signifikan dari etos kerja terhadap kesejahteraan karyawan dimana dimana terdapat pengaruh etos kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) secara parsial terhadap pemberdayaan (Y) home indutri logam di Desa Langgen Kecamatan Talang Kabupaten Tegal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Debt to Total Asset (DAR) terhadap return saham syariah yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitasif deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara sekunder yaitu data diperoleh dari laporan Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) yang dipublikasikan melalui websitenya. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear berganda yaitu ke tiga variabel independen yaitu ROE, NPM dan DAR secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap return saham. Dengan demikian bagi investor dan manajer investasi dalam menganalisis rasio keuangan dapat mempertimbangkan variabel ROE, NPM dan DAR sebagai alat pertimbangan dalam memperoleh return saham syariah yang maksimal.

Abstract

Islamic financial institutions are obligated to ensure that every operational activity aligns with Sharia principles. One of the most crucial aspects in this regard is the formulation of financing contracts. These contracts are not merely formal legal documents but also reflect a moral commitment between the institution and the customer, which must be free from elements prohibited in Islam, such as Riba (interest), Gharar (uncertainty), and Maysir (speculation). This study aims to explore the extent to which Sharia principles have been implemented in the drafting of financing contracts, as well as to examine the challenges faced by Islamic financial institutions in the process. A descriptive qualitative method was employed, utilizing literature review and in-depth interviews with practitioners in the Islamic banking sector. The findings reveal that although Islamic financial institutions have administratively incorporated Sharia principles into financing agreements, there are discrepancies in interpretation and implementation at the practical level. Contributing factors include limited human resources with adequate knowledge of Fiqh Muamalah, inconsistencies between internal regulations and fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), and market pressures demanding operational efficiency. This research contributes by identifying the gap between regulation and practice and provides recommendations for improving human resource training and harmonizing internal policies. The findings are expected to serve as input for regulators, academics, and practitioners in strengthening Sharia governance within the financial sector.

Abstract

The graves of public figures have magnetism and historical and religious value which can be an attraction in itself. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with people who are selected to then become informants based on their competence in knowledge of objects in religious locations in Danawarih Village. KH. Hasyim Djamhari and KH. Abror Djamhari is an important figure in religious, social and organizational history, the graves of these two community figures certainly have high historical and spiritual value. Therefore, the potential for religious tourism destinations is certainly very potential, but this potential has not been fully exploited as an attraction for many people because not many people know these two figures except those who are involved in the organizational realm. This research aims to introduce these two figures through revitalizing the graves, inviting the public to revive their history and struggles and jointly protect and maintain the sites of these two figures. Revitalization of graves can be done by providing historical information. Through this research, it can be concluded that revitalizing the graves of community leaders can be an effective strategy in developing local tourism and can later attract tourists to make pilgrimages.
