Abstract

Kritik Abu Ali al-Ghassani terhadap Sahih al-Bukhari dalam karyanya "Al-Tanbih 'ala al-Awham al-Waqi'ah fi al-Musnadain al-Sahihain" menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini. Al-Ghassani, seorang ahli hadis, mengkritisi Sahih al-Bukhari terutama terkait kesalahan dalam penyebutan nama-nama perawi. Metode kritik yang digunakan oleh al-Ghassani adalah analisis sanad dengan merujuk pada sumber-sumber seperti Tārīkh al-Kabīr karya al-Bukhari dan pandangan kritikus hadis lainnya. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan adanya inkonsistensi dalam penulisan nama perawi dan kemungkinan adanya 'illat (cacat tersembunyi) dalam beberapa sanad hadis Sahih al-Bukhari. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan (library research) dengan mengacu pada literatur-literatur yang relevan. Literatur yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dan menggunakan teori-teori terkait kritik literatur hadis dan analisis sanad. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kritik al-Ghassani merupakan praktik berpikir kritis terhadap karya hadis yang dilakukan oleh ulama hadis terdahulu. Namun, sumber kritik Al-Ghassani cenderung terbatas hanya pada beberapa sumber, yang menyebabkan kesan kritik yang kurang mendalam karena minimnya data yang digunakan sebagai pijakan kritiknya. The criticism of Abu Ali al-Ghassani towards Sahih al-Bukhari in his work "Al-Tanbih 'ala al-Awham al-Waqi'ah fi al-Musnadain al-Sahihain" is the focus of this research. Al-Ghassani, a hadith scholar, critiques Sahih al-Bukhari, particularly regarding errors in the attribution of narrators. The critical method used by al-Ghassani is the analysis of sanad, referring to sources such as Tārīkh al-Kabīr by al-Bukhari and the views of other hadith critics. The research findings indicate inconsistencies in the attribution of narrators and the possibility of 'illat (hidden defects) in some sanads of Sahih al-Bukhari. This study adopts a library research approach, referring to relevant literature. The literature used is descriptive and incorporates theories related to the criticism of hadith literature and sanad analysis. The article concludes that al-Ghassani's criticism represents a practice of critical thinking towards the works of earlier hadith scholars. However, it is noted that the sources of criticism by al-Ghassani are limited to a few references, resulting in a somewhat superficial critique due to the scarcity of data used as the basis for his criticism.

Abstract

This study examines the contribution of KH. Hasyim Asy'ari in the development of hadith thought and Islamic education in Indonesia. The background of this research is rooted in the importance of hadith as a source of Islamic teachings that influence the morals and ethics of society. The issue addressed is how KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts can be integrated into the current Islamic education curriculum. The method used is qualitative, involving text analysis and interviews with experts in Islamic education. The research findings indicate that KH. Hasyim Asy'ari's thoughts on integrating hadith values in education can create a holistic learning environment that is relevant to the needs of modern society. This research is expected to provide new insights into the development of a hadith-based educational curriculum that can adapt to contemporary challenges.
