Abstract

The development of students' interests and talents needs to be developed from an early age. Teachers as facilitators and motivators must be able to develop the potential interests and talents of their students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's strategy, especially the class teacher or homeroom teacher in developing the interests and talents of their students. By using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, in which this research focuses more on the results of collecting data from sources, namely grade 4 teachers at SDN Rahayu and describing how the objective conditions regarding class teacher strategies in developing the interests and talents of students at SDN Rahayu. The results of this study indicate that the teacher's strategy in developing students' motivational interests and talents is appropriate, namely: 1) Approaching students, 2) Providing facilities and motivating them to take part in competitions, 3) Providing understanding by not forcing their will, and 4) Utilizing extracurricular activities at school.

Abstract

In the current era of digitalization, many elementary school children do not make good use of technology. Thus the role of teachers is important in managing children's behavior to prevent acts of sexual violence that will occur in their environment. In this case, a qualitative research method is used to compare the opinions of other journals, then reviewed in this discussion. By providing education to students, it can prevent and reduce sexual harassment. Sex education in children is very important to prevent violence and sexual deviations in children. Sex education in children needs to be implemented gradually and in accordance with the age and level of development of the child. It can be concluded that sex education plays an important role in efforts to reduce the level of sexual harassment and crime, because by providing socialization related to sex education to elementary school students, children will be more understanding and mentally healthy.

Abstract

1) Mengetahui permasalahan guru ketika menghadapi peserta didik yang mengalami kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia di kelas, 2) Mengetahui strategi guru dalam mengembangkan minat baca dan menulis peserta didik Kelas IV di SDN Serang 9. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan pengamatan dengan menggunakan model kualitatif terhadap wali kelas IV di SDN Serang 9. Subjek penelitian yaitu wali kelas kelas IV SDN Serang 9. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan obeservasi dan wawancara, sehingga dapat dipastikan data yang diperoleh valid. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu dalam menemukan permasalahan guru terkhusus mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di sekolah dasar, peneliti mencari informasi langsung dengan menanyakan kepada narasumber bernama bapak Odin. Beliau menyatakan bahwa setiap tahunnya pasti mengalami kesulitan atau kendala ketika pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berlangsung. Masalah-masalah yang biasa dihadapi oleh peserta didik terkhusus di kelas adalah peserta didik masih kurang memahami dalam kurikulum merdeka yang terbilang masih baru di terapkan. Dan juga ada permasalahan hilangnya fokus peserta didik terhadap guru ketika sedang memberikan materi pembelajaran.
