Abstract

This study aims to explain an analysis of student achievement motivations in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 at Class X Vocational High School 7 Pontianak. This type of survey uses survey surveys. The sample for this study consisted of class X students and a total of 66 students. Sampling was done randomly. The survey method used is descriptive and quantitative. Data retrieval through indirect communication methods using closed surveys distributed via Google Forms links. Data analysis with percentage correction. As a result, the analysis of student achievement motivation in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 period has a high category, that is, the characteristics of achievement motivation in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 period, which is 96.87% of the category. It has been shown. good . The internal aspects of achievement motivation in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 were in the high category with a 96.56% share, and the external aspects of achievement motivation in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 were high with a 95.02% share. Category. Based on the above explanation, in general, an analysis of student achievement motivations in dalam jaringan learning during Covid-19 was successfully conducted in Class X students of Pontianak State 7 Vocational High School in 2022.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the results of the analysis of online classical guidance in class VIII A SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak in 2021. The population in this study was class VIII students totaling 35 students, because the number of students was only 35 people, the entire population was used as research subjects. so that this research is a population study, the research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, while the data collection technique uses indirect communication techniques, namely using questionnaires that are distributed directly to class VIII A students at SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. The results showed: 1) the form or stage of online classical guidance got an actual score of 210 and an ideal score of 252 with a percentage of 83% in the high category. 2) the online classical guidance material got an actual score of 308 and an ideal score of 420 with a percentage of 73% in the high category. 3) the online classical guidance method got an actual score of 143 and an ideal score of 258 with a percentage of 55% in the medium category. 4) online classical guidance media got an actual score of 219 and an ideal score of 378 with a percentage of 57% in the medium category. 5) the supporting and inhibiting factors of online classical guidance got an actual score of 208 and an ideal score of 420 with a percentage of 49% in the medium category.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Holland Hexagon Instrument in enhancing the strengthening of career choices for students of class X SMK Negeri 5 Kota Pontianak. The research method used by the researcher was a quantitative study known as One-Group Posttest-Only research design which is one of the type of True Experimental Research design. The total population of the research is 297 students. The sampling technique used is the proportional random sampling technique. The sample group is divided into 28 students for the control class and 28 students for the experiment class. Based on the calculation, the average post-test result for the Experimental Class was 89.79 and the Control Class is 78.00. The results of hypothesis testing by using the sample T-test showed the value of Sig. (2 tailed) on career choice consolidation in the experimental class and the control class of 0.000. As a result, H0 was rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that there was a significant difference in the career choice of the experimental class students with the control class in class X SMK Negeri 5 Kota Pontianak. The results of the effectiveness test using effect size analysis showed the value of ES = 0.83. This result proved that the Holland Hexagon Instrument is very effective in improving the career choice of students in class X SMK Negeri 5 Kota Pontianak.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine why SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya's eighth-grade students show such little interest in using the individualcounseling services that are offered there. For the conducted study, the descriptive approach is linked with a quantitative strategy in the formof survey research. Eighty students made up the study's total population, and the entire population served as the study's sample. Indirect communication techniques, such as surveys delivered via links to Google forms, were utilized by the researchers to gather data. Percentage correction was also used to assess the outcomes of the study's participants. Results revealed that internal factors contributed to students' lack of interest in using individual counseling services,which led to results in the medium category of 56 percent, while external factors contributed to students' lack of interest in using individual counseling services, which led to results in the medium category of 55 percent. The percentage of students who used individual counseling services was 54 percent in the medium category when it came to the topic of whether guidance teachers and counseling encourage students to do so. According to the summary above, thereare a number of issues that prevent students from receiving individual counseling services at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya.
