Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to describe the management of Bougenville Dance and Music Galerry in Pontianak City. Bougenville Dance and Music Center is an art center that still exists in Pontianak City. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this study was Bougenville Dance and Music Center in Pontianak City. The research focused on the study of the exposure of the production management of the galerry. The data was obtained with hands-on observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The validity of data obtained through triangulation through the source stage, namely checking data from various sources. The source is the result of observations, interviews, and documentation about bougenville Dance and Music Art Center in Pontianak City. This study obtained the following results; (1) Bougenville Dance and Music Arts Center uses a form of family organization and openness, (2) management applied in the galerry using traditional management, (3)The management function at Bougenville Dance and Music Arts Center is on planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. .Keywords: Management, Art Production, Bougenville Dance and Music Gallery

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the uniqueness of Kabawan't music in the Balenggang ritual, besides that the researcher's concern is in local culture, so that the Balenggang ritual, especially Kabawant music, can be documented and known by the younger generation. The purpose of this study is to describe the analysis of the structure of Kabawat'n music in the balenggang ritual event in the village of Sahan, a sub-district covering an area of Bengkayang district.The method used in this research is an explorative descriptive method. The form of this research is qualitative.This research uses a musicological approach. The data collection technique of this research is observation, direct communication. Checking the validity of research data used triangulation techniques, increasing the persistence and length of observations.The result of this research is Kabawant music is music used to accompany the balenggang ritual. The Kabawat'n music in this balenggang ritual is simple and monoton, the musical instruments used are dau induk, dau anak, tuma, tawa and gong. The results of this analysis can be implemented in school learning in the form of a design implementation of the Kabawat'n music structure in the balenggang ritual event in the seventh grade junior high school cultural arts subject with competency standards according to the traditional music background in the cultural context of the local community.Keywords: Kabawat'n music structure in the balenggang ritual

Abstract

AbstractThe background of the research is to preserve the art of remembrance of the maulid by describing, notating, and analyzing the various patterns of wasps in the art of remembrance of the maulid in the pasal habibun in Mekar Sekuntum Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The purpose of the study is to describe the analysis of the pattern of wasps in the art of remembrance of maulid in the pasal habibun. The method used is descriptive analysis and uses a musicological approach. The research data is in the form of various wasps patterns and analysis of wasps patterns in the art of remembrance maulid. The resource persons in this research are Halimi and Baizuri who play an active role and know about this art. The data collection tool is the researcher as the main instrument and uses auxiliary instruments in the form of observation sheets and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique analysis techniques. he results showed that there were five kinds of wasp patterns used, namely the Tanjidor, 2:1/Keroncong, Sorong Dayung, Gantung, Shalawat. The research is expected to stimulate the growth of interest in studying traditional arts.Keywords: Analysis, Wasp pattern ,Maulid recitation, Pasal Habibun.

Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research is the analysis of the structure of the musical accompaniment of the Jonggan dance in Sebente Village, Shout District, Bengkayang Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) How is the analysis. the structure of the musical accompaniment of the Jonggan dance in Sebente Village, Shout District, Bengkayang Regency, 2) How to design the implementation of the analysis of the structure of the Jonggan dance music structure in Sebente Village, Shout District, Bengkayang Regency in the world of education. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative form and uses an ethnomusicological approach. the data sources in this study were Ranje, Aloysius Ngansen, and Tulen. The data in this study were the results of observations, interviews, and documentation regarding the structure of the musical accompaniment of the Jonggan dance. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data validity test technique used triangulation technique.Keywords: Jonggan dance accompaniment music structure.
