Abstract

Programming through computer technology in this day a rapid growth experience. This shows a tendency that led to the creation and development of an automated technology means a more practical, efficient and economical to facilitate and accelerate all human activity. The spread of information technology, which is less than optimal and uneven, felt weakness in the agency's workforce and East Manggarai district, especially in the data collection job seekers. Where many job seekers are difficult to list themselves as job seekers in the Department of Workers and East Manggarai Circle. This study describes how application data collection job seekers at the Department of Labor and Transmigration East Manggarai Regency, who design a new information system based sites for data capture job seekers in the solution of the problems faced by the office of the Department of Labor Aims, and emigration East Manggarai district. The collection of data obtained by conducting library research, interviews and observations. The result of this research is a web-based application searcher data capture job. Vocational training and job information for job seekers These applications can be easily accessed by anyone who wanted to gain employment as a job in East Manggarai district to win.

Abstract

Proposed Decision Support Systems Group promotion and using the GAP Method of Culture And Tourism In East Nusa Tenggara Province is an artificial intelligence system that is built to determine prospective civil servants promoted to be proposed and studied them to the authorities. This determination is made by processing the data and their prospective employees work performance during the active period along with the criteria or rules of employee promotion requirements. The advantage of this is built DSS is able to provide fast and precise decisions and has a database that can accommodate mampuh data in large sizes and quantities so that the data storage medium used is more accurate. GAP or profile matching method is a method for comparing the criteria against which the reference criteria in order to find the value of each existing profile. From the discussion, it can be concluded that the presence of "Decision Support System Proposed Promotions Group by using the GAP Method of Culture And Tourism In East Nusa Tenggara Province", can improve the work performance of employees at the Office of Culture and Tourism of the Province of East Nusa Tenggara.

Abstract

The court is a badminton game area that is rectangular in shape and has a net in the middle, the increasing number of new badminton courts or what is often called gor shows that badminton is now popular among the community. This research aims to help the community in determining the choice of badminton courts based on predetermined criteria. In this study, two methods were used to make a comparison by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Analytical Heiarchy Process (AHP) methods. Data collection is carried out by means of observation and direct interviews with field managers, the data obtained will be implemented in a web-free Decision Support System (SPK) with the SAW and AHP methods to produce the best alternative where this method seeks the weighted sum of the best peformance ratting on each alternative on all criteria. The results of this research are in the form of a website-based system where the system can provide recommendations that can help badminton court users in choosing the appropriate badminton court.

Abstract

Cattle are one of the livestock commodities that are a mainstay as a source of protein. Animal is meat that is quite well known in the community. Decent meat taken from healthy livestock and free from diseases caused by diseases suffered by cattle must be handled seriously. Beef cattle breeders in East Nusa Tenggara, especially young cattle breeders, are hard to find by medical personnel such as compilation veterinarians to find sick cattle. On the other hand, the Livestock Service Office of NTT Province annually collects cattle disease data to draw conclusions about animal diseases in the regency / city in East Nusa Tenggara. Through data from the Kupang District Animal Husbandry Service, East Nusa Tenggara with data mining techniques can predict livestock disease using the Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) algorithm. Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor (FK-NN) algorithm works by receiving input of diseases as input, then it will be processed with FK-NN algorithm and the results of processing become diagnoses of diseases suffered and therapeutic suggestions for diseases in beef cattle So it can increasing the yield of beef collected from beef cattle and minimizing the costs incurred by cattle farmers to care for infected livestock to consult with veterinarians.

Abstract

Educational institutions, especially universities, a lot of scholarships are offered to students. Scholarships are also given to students at STIKOM UYELINDO in the form of PPA and BBM scholarships. Some problems that often occur such as inaccurate selection process because of the large number of scholarship applicants that must be adjusted to the existing criteria, then in determining the right students do not even get a scholarship and students who are not entitled to get a scholarship instead get a scholarship and the selection process is still manual because Student data will be compared one by one to the scholarship criteria so that the selection process requires accuracy and time so this is not efficient. The decision support system application is a way to deal with the problem of determining scholarship recipients. This application uses Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The SAW method was chosen because this method determines the weight of each predetermined criterion then continues in the normalization process in accordance with the equation in the SAW method and then continues with the ranking process to select the best alternative, in this case what is meant is students who are entitled to receive scholarships. The results of this study are in the form of an application decision support system for the selection of scholarship recipients using the web-based simple additive weighting method. Based on research results from the application of decision support systems for acceptance of ppa and fuel scholarships using the web-based saw method) this makes it easy for the student affairs bureau selection section to determine scholarship recipients according to existing criteria, faster and on target as expected.

Abstract

badi Collection Shop is a business entity engaged in the sale of clothing located on the roadRoundabout PU Tuak Daun Merah II. In conducting its business processes the Abadi Collection Shopstill uses the conventional mechanism, the customer must come directly to the outlet to see and searchfor products sold by Abadi Collection Shop. In order to support the business run by Abadi CollectionShop, the existence of customers is not only a source of company income but also as a long term assetthat needs to be managed and maintained through Customer Relationship Management. The purposeof this research is to design and build an Application Service E-commerce Web Based Clothing Salesby applying Customer Relationship Management at Abadi Collection Shop. Data collecting method bywriter is literature study, observation and interview, tool of analysis of system design in the form ofdocument flow, context diagram, data flow diagram, and proposed database of entity relationshipdiagram. While making the software in this thesis, the writer uses PHP and Adobe Dreamwaver CS6and MySQL database. The results of this study system designed to support order transactions as wellas a promotional event that can facilitate customers in communication and provide input for AbadiCollection Shop.
