Abstract

Persaingan usaha yang semakin kompleks memerlukan pendekatan strategis yang mampu mengintegrasikan inovasi, peningkatan kinerja, dan keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini mengkaji konsep dasar manajemen persaingan usaha dan implementasi strategi melalui studi kasus perusahaan Gojek. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang mampu mengintegrasikan strategi inovasi, kinerja, dan keunggulan kompetitif secara efektif dapat mempertahankan keberlanjutan bisnis mereka meskipun menghadapi tantangan pasar yang dinamis. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pelaku usaha dalam merancang strategi yang holistik dan adaptif untuk memenangkan persaingan. The fast pace and greater complexity in the competition environment wherein businesses increasingly conduct their endeavors require strategic undertakings that would not just incorporate innovation but also performance improvement and competitive advantage. This research attempts to present the primary aspects of managing business competition and strategy deployment through a case study on Gojek. An analysis shows that companies with business integration of innovation, performance, and competitive advantage strategies will have their business survive with a dynamic market. These features will give several important references to business practitioners in creating all-inclusive and flexible strategies for competing in markets.

Abstract

This research examines the impact of marketing literacy on the success of entrepreneurial projects. It identifies key factors such as customer service, management style, technology, and customer retention that significantly influence project outcomes. The study is grounded in existing literature that emphasizes the importance of marketing literacy in enhancing organizational understanding of market dynamics. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through online questionnaires, targeting a diverse sample of respondents. The findings suggest that effective customer service and management practices contribute positively to entrepreneurial success, while technology adoption and customer retention strategies are critical in maintaining competitive advantage. This research aims to provide insights for future studies and practical implications for entrepreneurs seeking to improve project performance.
