Abstract

Training on the use of PhET software for science and mathematics teachers at SDIT Nuur A'laa Nuur Tambun Bekasi Selatan aims to provide knowledge about the use of interactive PhET simulations in learning science and mathematics. The stages in the training start from the stages of planning, preparation, implementation, and ending with the evaluation stage. The method of carrying out this training is the method of presentation, demonstration, question and answer, and games using Quizizz Software. The results of this training showed that 70% of the participants understood how to use PhET in learning science and mathematics well. This training is expected to help teachers implement PhET in creative and innovative learning.

Abstract

Training on the use of Microsoft Nearpod software technology as a learning medium for elementary school teachers was carried out with the aim of increasing teacher competence in adapting to the industrial revolution era 4.0. This training involved lecturers and students at the the Republic of Indonesia Defense University as resource persons and 32 teachers at SDIT Nuur 'Alaa Nuur Tambun Bekasi as participants. Through presentations, demonstrations, exercises and discussions, teachers are given knowledge and skills in using Microsoft Nearpod software technology as an interactive learning medium. This training activity provides significant benefits for teachers in improving their competence in utilizing technology as an attractive and effective learning medium.

Abstract

Leadership Training for teachers in elementary schools aims to build a spirit of leadership for teachers at SDIT Nuur A'laa Nuur Tambun Bekasi and increase teacher productivity at SDIT Nuur A'laa Nuur Tambun Bekasi. This community service activity is carried out at SDIT Nuur A'laa Nuur Tambun Bekasi, which is located at Jalan Buwek Raya No. 2B Sumber Jaya Tambun Selatan, Bekasi. This training was carried out using the method of exposure and discussion. Through this training, teachers at SDIT Nuur A'laa Nuur Tambun Bekasi are expected to be leaders who inspire to do something new and advance school organizations.
