Abstract

Digital marketing is an important element in sharia banking marketing, including gold installment products. This article aims to analyze the effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy for gold installment products at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Mojokerto Surodinawan. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data was collected through interviews with banks as well as secondary data in the form of relevant literature and annual reports. The research results show that the digital marketing strategies implemented, such as marketing via social media, the BSI Mobile application, educational content, and email marketing, have proven effective in reaching a wider audience, increasing interaction, and optimizing marketing costs. Social media is the main platform for conveying information, while the BSI Mobile application provides easy access for customers. Nevertheless, challenges such as increasing people's digital literacy and industrial competition remain the focus of improvement. It can be concluded that the implementation of innovative and data-based digital marketing strategies plays a significant role in supporting the growth of gold installment products in accordance with sharia principles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel NPF dan variabel Inflasi terhadap ROA perbankan syariah di indonesia. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang bersumber dari lembaga terkait yang menyediakan data. Untuk data NPF dan ROA diambil dari laporan bulanan statistik perbankan syariah yang dipublikasikan di laman resmi (website) Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). Sedangkan untuk data Inflasi diambil dari laman resmi (website) Bank Indonesia (BI). Periode data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mulai pada periode Juli 2019 sampai Juni 2024 (60 bulan). Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak (software) SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variabel NPF berpengaruh negatif secara parsial terhadap ROA. Sedangkan variabel Inflasi tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap ROA. Selanjutnya pada uji F dapat diketahui bahwa variabel NPF dan variabel Inflasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Digital technology in the banking sector continues to develop, marked by the presence of services such as Byond by BSI. Hasyim Asy'ari University has collaborated with Bank Syariah Indonesia in paying UKT through virtual accounts. However, most students have not used the Byond by BSI application as their main means of payment. This study aims to explore the impact of subjective norms and risks on students' interest in using the Byond by BSI application, with an understanding of the mashlahah principle as a mediating factor. The research method applied uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 102 active UNHASY students from the 2021–2024 intake, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using outer and inner model testing with PLS 3 software. The results showed that subjective norms and knowledge of the mashlahah principle influenced the interest in using Byond by BSI, while risk did not have a direct effect. However, knowledge of the mashlahah principle was proven to mediate the influence of subjective norms and risks on interest in use. These findings indicate that understanding the mashlahah principle can strengthen social influence and reduce the impact of risk, thereby increasing the use of Byond by BSI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan risiko terhadap niat mahasiswa ekonomi Islam dalam penggunaan Mobile Banking Bank Syariah Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif dengan populasi mahasiswa Ekonomi Islam Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari Tebuireng Jombang. Sampel yang diambil berjumlah 30 anggota menggunakan metode sampel kuota. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi dan risiko berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap niat. Besarnya pengaruh variabel motivasi dan risiko terhadap niat sebesar 90,2%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak dicantumkan dalam penelitian ini.
