Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of ontology, epistemology, and axiology in developing Islamic education management theories that are more effective and in line with the demands of the times. Exploring in depth how the concepts of ontology, epistemology and axiology in philosophy can become a strong foundation in developing Islamic education management theories that are relevant to the current context. By analyzing these three dimensions of philosophy, this research seeks to contribute to building a stronger theoretical framework for Islamic education management that is rooted in Islamic values. This research uses a literature study method with a focus on the study of Islamic educational philosophy and educational management. The research results show that ontology, epistemology, and axiology have significant implications for the understanding and practice of Islamic education management. This research also analyzes how these three dimensions of philosophy are interrelated and contribute to forming a new paradigm of Islamic education management that is more inclusive, relevant and oriented towards character development

Abstract

This can be seen through authentic hadiths relating to the leadership journey of the Prophet Muhammad. Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an in the sources of Islamic law. This research aims to describe the theory of human resource organization in Islamic education. The method used in this research is library research. Data was obtained through searching primary sources and articles that have been published in scientific journals. Through in-depth analysis of relevant verses of the Qur'an and Hadith regarding human resource organization theory. This research reveals that educator performance basically describes the abilities of a profession related to the role and duties of an educator. Including the profession of Islamic education teacher to continuously make efforts to increase competence and develop students in piety and good morals which are described in competency development for six aspects of faith, five aspects of Islam and multi-aspects of faith

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the Al-Qur'an can provide a balance between artificial intelligence (AI) and spiritual intelligence (SI). Through in-depth analysis of relevant Al-Qur'an verses regarding AI and SI, this research reveals that Al-Qur'an Learning is an important aspect in the lives of Muslims, and along with technological developments, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in The process of learning the Al-Qur’an is increasingly becoming a concern. The implementation of AI in education, including in the study of the Al-Qur’an, offers the potential to increase effectiveness, engagement and accessibility. This research also identifies the potential for synergy between AI and SI in improving the understanding and implementation of Al-Qur'an teachings in modern life. In this case, with technological advances, especially in artificial intelligence (AI), there is great potential to increase the effectiveness and accessibility of learning the Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Human resource management in an Islamic perspective has been implemented by the Prophet Muhammad saw. when he received the mandate of the apostleship until Islam was established and developed. This can be seen through authentic hadiths related to the leadership journey of the Prophet Muhammad saw.. Hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an in the sources of Islamic law. This study aims to describe how human resource management is in an Islamic perspective reviewed from the hadith. The method used in this study is a literature review. Data was obtained through searching for primary sources and articles that have been published in scientific journals. Through an in-depth analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and Hadith that are relevant to human resource management. This study reveals that human resource management in an Islamic perspective is the activity of planning, organizing, directing, developing, compensating, and supervising human resources in carrying out their duties and functions to achieve goals and in order to worship Allah swt.. The results of the hadith study related to human resource management, carried out by the Prophet Muhammad saw. include needs planning, job analysis, employee recruitment based on qualifications, abilities, integrity, and loyalty. Employee development through increasing faith (aqidah), knowledge, and skills, and morals (character). The Prophet saw. also pays attention to employee welfare, compensation for employee services in a timely manner

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkap bahwa Iman, Islam, dan Ihsan merupakan suatu kesatuan yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dengan Iman, Islam, dan Ihsan setiap umat muslim dapat menggapai makna dari kehidupan yang sebenarnya. Iman, Islam, dan Ihsan menjadi gabungan unsur yang sangat penting untuk menjalani kehidupan. Karena itu, umat Islam yang tidak memahami gabungan dari ketiga unsur ini tidak akan menemukan makna dari kehidupan yang sesungguhnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses tadabbur melibatkan beberapa tahapan, mulai dari membaca, memahami, merenungkan, hingga mengimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan tadabbur antara lain adalah konsistensi dalam bertadabbur, penggunaan metode tadabbur yang tepat, serta dukungan lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan program-program tadabbur yang lebih efektif. Kesimpulannya, tadabbur Al-Qur'an secara signifikan berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas iman, ditandai dengan semakin kuatnya keyakinan kepada Allah swt. dan semakin mendalamnya pemahaman tentang ajaran Islam. Selain itu, tadabbur juga mendorong untuk lebih konsisten dalam menjalankan ibadah dan meningkatkan kualitas amal saleh. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa tadabbur Al-Qur'an merupakan sarana yang efektif untuk mencapai ketinggian spiritual.
