Abstract

Banyaknya persoalan karakter dewasa ini, khususnya pada peremehan peneladanan terhadap karakter Rasulullah saw. yang merupakan suri tauladan yang baik. Pada zaman yang semakin modern seperti sekarang ini, kebanyakan manusia tidak menyadari apa yang diperbuat. Hasilnya akan merugikan diri sendiri. Seharusnya dalam menempuh kehidupan yang hanya sementara ini, manusia senantiasa mengacu pada keteladanan yang dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah saw sebagai tauladan karakter moderat. Tujuan dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses pembentukan karakter Moderat pada santri melalui kegiatan pembacaan shalawat di TPQ An-Nahdliyah Nurul Iman Kelurahan Margorejo. Dimana karakter Moderat merupakan suatu karakter seseorang yang meneladani karakternya Rasulullah saw.

Abstract

Moderasi Beragama menjadi wacana khusus saat ini di Indonesia sebagai salah satu upaya nasional pemerintah dalam merencanakan perdamaian Negara. Tulisan ini mencoba memaparkan relasi maqashid syariah dengan moderasi beragama dalam memecahkan soal-soal hukum keluarga yang saat ini. Tulisan ini memanfaatkan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian pustaka. Buku referensi utama menjadi sumber primer dan beberapa kajian tentang artikel terkait menjadi sumber sekunder. Adapun hasil tulisan ini adalah Maqashid syariah merupakan upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh dalam menyelesaikan problematika hukum islam. Ilmu ini menjadi salah satu landasan hukum bagi pelopor moderasi beragama agar nantinya setiap masalah baru dalam hukum keluarga dapat dipecahkan dengan upaya hukum generasi baru tersebut.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Role of Islamic Banking with Convergent Sharia Principles on Indonesia's Socio-Economic Construction. This study aims to determine whether sharia banking and sharia principles in Indonesia are in accordance with Islamic law and to find out how the convergence of sharia principles to the socio-economic construction of Indonesia. The research method used is a normative juridical approach with the data used are secondary data, and the data is analyzed juridically and quantitatively which is then interpreted from the results of data analysis in the form of deductive conclusions. Islamic banks are banks whose activities refer to Islam and in their activities do not charge interest or pay interest to customers. Islamic bank rewards received or paid to the bank, the agreement (contract) contained in Islamic banking must be subject to the terms and pillars of the contract as stipulated in Islamic law. Basically, Islamic banking in Indonesia has not been running in accordance with the rules of sharia law, therefore the Sharia Supervisory Board does not yet have clarity regarding the scientific capacity and capability of its interest in Indonesian economic issues, especially sharia banking. For this reason, there needs to be transparency from the MUI towards Islamic banks regarding the recommended DPS candidates, even if it is necessary there must be a fit and proper test mechanism for DPS candidates, especially those not from academia.

Abstract

Grant could divert to person other through transition right through the grant. The Formula's problem in this study is how to practice transition soil grants to party other and review Islamic law and positive law that occurred in Gunung Terang Village. This study is a qualitative and character descriptive normative study carried out on practice transition soil grant to party others that occurred in Gunung Terang Village. The result of the study is the existence of transition grant soil where soil obtained from results gift grant from others then diverted return to others through grant also. The practice of transition soil grant to party other this conducted by oral witnessed by a party related like family and para witness with To do hand over accept grant soil. In a review of Islamic law, practice transition soil grants to party other this already in accordance by Islam because already fulfill get along and condition grant. Abstract

Along with the development of technology, people work together to create convenience in conducting transactions or muamalah, one of them is in term of buying and selling. Today, people can buy goods without coming directly to the seller. This certainly facilitates people for tricking. For these reasons, this research was conducted to understand the difference between Islamic and conventional practice on buying and selling engagements. This descriptive qualitative study employed literature study which obtained the result that even though the rules of all goods may be sold, but in Islam, it must not be contradicted with the quran, hadith, and benefit principle. Whereas, in conventional engagement, all goods can be absolutely sold, as long as there is willingness from both parties.
