Abstract

Penyakit ginjal kronis atau Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) merupakan kerusakan ginjal yang menyebabkan ginjal tidak dapat membuang racun dan produk sisa darah dan terjadi pada populasi umum di seluruh dunia selama dua dekade terakhir. Di Indonesia, pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya penderita gagal ginjal. Hemodialisis menjadi terapi pengganti utama di Indonesia. Hemodialisis memberikan dampak fisik dan psikis yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kepatuhan asupan cairan dan nutrisi pada penderita. Faktor pengetahuan meliputi edukasi dan dukungan sosial serta keluarga memberi pengaruh besar dalam tingkat kepatuhan dan perawatan pasien hemodialisis. Hellodialisa, aplikasi berbasis virtual health dapat menjadi inovasi solutif dalam perawatan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Aplikasi ini menyediakan berbagai fitur yang memudahkan pasien mengakses informasi dan layanan kesehatan, melakukan manajemen kesehatan diri yang lebih terkontrol, menghemat biaya, serta mudah dijangkau bagi daerah dengan minim informasi mengenai perawatan pasien gagal ginjal yang menjalani hemodialisis. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kualitas hidup pasien dapat ditingkatkan dan risiko komplikasi penyakit yang disebabkan oleh gagal ginjal dapat ditekan.

Abstract

Street clowning is another practice of begging and is still relatively new in the city of Makassar with 1.427 million inhabitants. Poverty and inequality are the main reasons for the presence of this new profession. This is also inseparable from the impact caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. With that, this research aims to analyze the factors that cause the emergence of street clowns in Makassar City and how community participation sees this problem. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and a purposive sampling technique.  The data in this research was obtained through interviews, field observations, and literature studies which were then analyzed using fishbone analysis. The results of this research show that four factors caused the emergence of street clowns in Makassar City: economic factors, education and work environment, environment, and family. In addition, the forms of community participation in this problem are participation for material intensive, participation with consultation, participation with resource contribution, and participation in the form of programs.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the portrait of symbolic violence in determining the policy of limiting night activity hours in the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Hasanuddin University. Data collection in this study was carried out in March 2024 using a qualitative research approach. The informants in this study were determined using purposive sampling technique where the informants interviewed must meet certain criteria. The results showed that there are several forms of symbolic violence from the establishment of this policy, namely 1). the occurrence of restrictions on public access for students in this case campus facilities, 2). the occurrence of security guard intimidation in this case the expulsion of students who carry out activities beyond the specified hours, 3). the non-involvement of students in policy making and 4). restrictions on student movement through regulations/policies. In addition, the success of the bureaucracy in determining this policy is inseparable from several factors such as ownership of capital, both social, economic and symbolic capital owned by the bureaucracy, then position and rank become the power of the bureaucracy to determine this policy and habitus in this case the understanding of students.
