<![CDATA[Project management at PT. XYZ currently relies on manual methods for recording completed tasks, despite the company having supporting technology. The use of paper for documentation has led to various issues such as delays, errors in record-keeping, and poor coordination between teams. This research aims to design and implement a web-based checklist system to replace the manual method in project management. The system is designed to accelerate task entry, facilitate project progress monitoring, and provide real-time status notifications. The system development follows the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach with a prototyping model. It is developed iteratively based on user feedback. Testing is conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to evaluate the system's ease of use and effectiveness. The results of the testing show that the web-based system successfully replaces the manual process with a more efficient digital approach, in line with the research objectives. This system enhances team coordination, reduces documentation errors, accelerates reporting and approval processes in real-time, and makes it easier for supervisors and managers to monitor reports. Therefore, this system supports transparency and operational efficiency in projects at PT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem checklist berbasis web digital untuk menggantikan metode manual dalam manajemen proyek. Sistem dirancang untuk mempercepat proses entri tugas, memfasilitasi pemantauan kemajuan proyek, dan memberikan pemberitahuan status secara real-time. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan pendekatan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model prototyping. sistem ini dikembangkan secara bertahap berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Pengujian dilakukan dengan System Usability Scale (SUS) untuk mengevaluasi kemudahan penggunaan dan efektivitas sistem. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis website ini berhasil menggantikan proses manual dengan pendekatan digital yang lebih efisien, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian.
