Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, known as UMKM, is a business that is carried out privately or individually. MSMEs are businesses that are favored and carried out by some entrepreneurs. One of them is Agung Tirta, which is an MSME in the field of drinking water that provides various types and brands of drinking water. With an average sales of around 1000 transactions each month with an average income of twelve million rupiahs per month. With a large number of transactions, Agung Tirta MSMEs experience difficulties in processing transactions and data processing as well as reports on purchase results so errors often occur when using the cashier manually. Therefore a cashier information system is needed to assist with this problem. To design a cashier information system by applying the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which is a method that prioritizes user needs and convenience, with the user being the center of the system development process which is the concept of UCD, the purpose of the system is based on a design from start to finish. Using the UCD method will produce a cashier information system that suits the needs and desires of the user or users.Keyword: Cashier Information System; Micro small and Medium Enterprises; User Centered Design Abstrak Agung Tirta yang merupakan UMKM dibidang air minum yang menyediakan beraneka jenis dan merk air minum. Dengan rata-rata penjualan sekitar 1000 transaksi setiap bulannya dengan pendapatan rata-rata perbulan dua belas juta rupiah. Dengan banyaknya jumlah transaksi maka UMKM Agung Tirta mengalami kesulitan dalam proses transaksi dan pengolahan data juga laporan hasil pembelian sehingga sering terjadinya kesalahan saat menggunakan kasir secara manual. Oleh karena itu sistem informasi kasir dibutuhkan untuk membantu dalam permasalahan tersebut. Untuk merancang sistem informasi kasir dengan menerapkan metode User Centered Design (UCD) adalah sebuah metode yang mengutamakan kebutuhan dan kenyamanan user, dengan user dijadikan sebagai pusat dari proses pengembangan sistem yang merupakan konsep dari UCD, tujuan dari sistem didasari dari perancangan dari awal hingga akhir. Dengan menggunakan metode UCD akan menghasilkan sistem informasi kasir yang meliputi daftar stok barang, laporan penjualan dan menghitung laba keuntungan.

Abstract

“Posyandu” is a basic health activity organized by the community for the community, assisted by health workers. Currently the application of information technology, especially in data and information processing, has not been carried out at Posyandu Harum Sari Tlogomulyo Semarang, so that the recording of mother and toddler data from Posyandu participants is done manually. This results in too many archives, so that the processing and presentation of Posyandu activity report data takes longer. This study proposes a website-based information system model for Posyandu activity data collection, which can be used to collect data on children and mothers in the form of soft files, input immunization results, and record Posyandu agendas. System development uses the Waterfall method, with a structured modeling concept. Functional features in the form of child data collection, mother data collection, cadre data collection, weighing process data collection, and activity agenda data collection were tested using the Blackbox testing technique. The test results show that all functional features of the application have been fulfilled validly.Keywords: Data Collection System; Integrated Healthcare Center; Website; Laravel framework AbstrakPosyandu merupakan kegiatan kesehatan dasar yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat untuk masyarakat, yang dibantu oleh petugas kesehatan. Saat ini penerapan teknologi informasi terutama dalam pengolahan data dan informasi belum dilakukan di Posyandu Harum Sari Tlogomulyo Semarang, sehingga percatatan data ibu dan balita peserta Posyandu dilakukan secara manual. Hal tersebut menghasilkan terlalu banyak arsip, sehingga proses pengolahan dan penyajian data laporan kegiatan posyandu menjadi lebih lama. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model sistem informasi pendataan kegiatan posyandu berbasis website, yang dapat digunakan untuk pendataan anak dan ibu dalam bentuk soft file, menginput hasil imunisasi, serta merekam agenda Posyandu. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan konsep pemodelan terstruktur. Fitur-fitur fungsional berupa pendataan anak, pendataan ibu, pendataan kader, pendataan proses penimbangan, serta pendataan agenda kegiatan diuji menggunakan teknik pengujian Blackbox. Hasil uji menunjukkan seluruh fitur fungsional aplikasi telah dipenuhi secara valid.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendataan; Posyandu; Website; Framework Laravel
