<![CDATA[A major problem faced in the church environment is that congregational data collection and ministry registration still relies on a manual approach. This creates a number of obstacles, such as lack of efficiency, potential data loss, and difficulty in accessing the required information. The purpose of this research is to develop a mobile-based information system application to facilitate the process of registering congregations online. This research adopts the waterfall method, which involves the stages of analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation. In addition, the system design uses a class diagram with the application of Flutter as the frontend and Firebase as the backend. The results of testing this application using a black box show the results of a mobile application that successfully records congregational information automatically through the register feature, manages worship service scheduling through the application, and submits online baptism service registrations through the service feature in the application. And the features that have been developed can function properly and improve the efficiency and quality of church services, as well as facilitate access to information for the congregation.Keywords: Congregation data collection; Service registration; Church information system; Mobile applicationAbstrakPermasalahan utama yang dihadapi dalam lingkungan gereja adalah pendataan jemaat dan pendaftaran pelayanan yang masih tergantung pada pendekatan manual. Hal ini menciptakan sejumlah kendala, seperti kurangnya efisiensi, potensi kehilangan data, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi yang diperlukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi berbasis mobile untuk mempermudah proses pendataan jemaat secara online. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode waterfall, yang melibatkan tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, pengujian, dan implementasi. Selain itu, rancangan sistem menggunakan class diagram dengan penerapan Flutter sebagai frontend dan Firebase sebagai backend. Hasil dari pengujian aplikasi ini menggunakan black box menunjukan hasil yaitu aplikasi mobile yang berhasil melakukan pendataan informasi jemaat secara otomatis melalui fitur register, pengelolaan penjadwalan pelayanan ibadah melalui aplikasi, dan pengajuan pendaftaran pelayanan pembaptisan secara online melalui fitur service pada aplikasi. Serta fitur yang telah dikembangkan ini dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan gereja, serta memudahkan akses informasi bagi jemaat. ]]>
