<![CDATA[This research aims to explore and apply information systems strategic planning with the Ward and Peppard method in the context of the Learning Management System (LMS) at Satya Wacana Christian High School, Salatiga. Ward and Peppard's methodology was chosen because of its comprehensive and structured approach in designing information systems that support business strategy. This research begins with an analysis of system needs and identification of the school's strategic goals, followed by an assessment of the existing information system and the strengths and weaknesses in the current LMS implementation. Next, a strategic plan is formulated which includes the development of a system architecture model that is in line with educational needs and the school's long-term goals. The use of the Ward and Peppard methodology at Satya Wacana Christian High School Salatiga makes it easy to design IT strategies that are in line with the school's vision and mission, enabling the development of effective information systems to support learning and management processes.Keywords: Strategic Planning; Information Systems; Learning Management System (LMS); Ward and Peppard; School.  AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menerapkan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dengan menggunakan metodologi Ward and Peppard dalam konteks Learning Management System (LMS) di SMA Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga. Metodologi Ward and Peppard dipilih karena pendekatannya yang komprehensif dan terstruktur dalam merancang sistem informasi yang mendukung strategi bisnis. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan analisis kebutuhan sistem dan identifikasi tujuan strategis sekolah, diikuti dengan penilaian sistem informasi yang ada serta kekuatan dan kelemahan yang ada dalam implementasi LMS saat ini. Selanjutnya, dilakukan perumusan rencana strategis yang mencakup pengembangan model arsitektur sistem yang selaras dengan kebutuhan pendidikan dan tujuan jangka panjang sekolah. Penggunaan metodologi Ward and Peppard di SMA Kristen Satya Wacana Salatiga memberikan kemudahan dalam merancang strategi TI yang selaras dengan visi dan misi sekolah, memungkinkan pengembangan sistem informasi yang efektif untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dan manajemen. ]]>
