Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The number of samples used were Bank Syariah Indonesia employees in the Malang area, for the sampling technique using saturated sampling. Collecting data by distributing questionnaires, using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method. The results showed: 1) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on OCB; 2) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on OCB; 3) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on OCB; 4) Emotional intelligence has no significant effect on employee performance; 5) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance; 6) Organizational Commitment has no significant effect on employee performance; 7) OCB has a significant effect on employee performance; 8) Emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and commitment have a significant effect on employee performance through OCB.

Abstract

Abstract

Increasing awareness of halal products is the main key in supporting the growth of MSMEs. Halal certification not only creates a competitive advantage for MSMEs but also increases consumer trust in halal products. This activity aims to assist MSMEs in obtaining halal labels and socialize the importance of halal certification for products. This activity was attended by the Halal Center Cendekia Muslim (HCCM), MSMEs RW 08, Tanjungrejo Village, Sukun District, Malang City, and students. The results of this activity are 1) participants understand the knowledge about halal, and the importance of halal; 2) participants know the halal products used; 3) MSMEs get halal certification to increase product sales.

Abstract

Cleanliness is an important aspect of daily life, from personal hygiene to environmental cleanliness. Cleanliness can reflect the health of each individual. Personal hygiene includes regular bathing, washing clothes, and brushing teeth daily. Environmental cleanliness refers to the surrounding environment where humans live, including the home environment, the interior of the house, and public places around people. This activity aims to provide knowledge about the impacts of waste and how to handle it, as well as provide supporting facilities. The implementation method for this community service included outreach and interviews. The activity was attended by the waste operations team, the youth organization head, the local neighborhood association head, and residents of Sawun Hamlet. The result of this activity was the provision of warning signs, increasing community awareness of practicing clean living behaviors and being able to distinguish between organic and non-organic waste.
