Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly in this modern era. This fast-developing technology helps humans deal with various kinds of problems. One of the developing technologies is augmented reality. Augmented reality can solve the problem for someone who wants to see their designs appear in the real world. Not only that, augmented reality can also be built on Android using the multimedia application development method and can be built using the Unity 3D engine. In Unity the objects used can be made using a 3D blender and the Vuforia Engine for Augmented Reality, the objects used are basketballs and baseballs.

Abstract

The application of religious, moral, ethical and traditional values ​​in management is becoming increasingly relevant in the midst of integrity crises that often hit organizations. Various cases such as corruption, abuse of power, and exploitation of human resources show the urgent need to integrate these values ​​into every managerial process. Without a strong foundation of these values, the sustainability of the organization will be threatened, both in terms of reputation and long-term success. Religious values ​​provide a basis for moral and spiritual-based decision making, which supports the creation of an inclusive and ethical work culture. Ethical and moral principles play an important role in ensuring transparency, fairness and social responsibility in organizations. In addition, local traditions, such as mutual cooperation, deliberation, and family values, can be integrated into modern management systems to create a more contextual and humanistic approach. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative type of library design, with data collection methods collecting reading books, journals and other electronic references. This is done by analyzing primary data from main references and secondary data from supporting references. The aim is to explain how religious values ​​can be implemented in management practices, analyze the role of morals and ethics in increasing organizational effectiveness, explore the integration of local traditions into modern management systems, and provide examples of the application of these values ​​in developing the socio-cultural competence of State Civil Apparatus. (ASN) in Aceh and North Sumatra.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM pedesaan melalui program "Marketing Clinic" yang memanfaatkan strategi digital marketing. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan data sekunder dari berbagai literatur, jurnal, dan data resmi. Analisis dilakukan secara kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggali hubungan antara pengembangan UMKM pedesaan dan pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM hingga 78%, namun penggunaannya di pedesaan masih sangat rendah. Program "Marketing Clinic" dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan konsultasi tentang digital marketing, green marketing, social media marketing, dan content marketing kepada pelaku UMKM pedesaan. Dengan melibatkan mahasiswa sebagai fasilitator, program ini efektif dalam memberikan edukasi pemasaran serta memperluas cakupan pasar UMKM. Selain itu, program ini mendukung penciptaan "Entrepreneurs Village," yang berpotensi menciptakan lapangan kerja baru dan meningkatkan kontribusi UMKM terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) nasional.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Brand Image, Product Diversity, Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific products on Skintific product users in Medan City. The problem in this study is whether Brand Image, Product Diversity, Electronic Word of Mouth on Purchasing Decisions for Skintific product users in Medan City. The population of this study is limited to adolescents 16-24 years of Skintific product users in Medan City, who have used Skintific products, the sample of this study was 100 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire using google form. This research data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach, using Outer Model analysis, Inner Model, and Hypothesis Testing. The results showed that the Brand Image variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y1), the Product Diversity variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y2), the Electronic Word of Mouth variable (X2) had no effect on Purchasing Decisions for Teenage Users of Skintific Products in Medan City.
