Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of social media in spreading the values ​​of religious moderation in the student environment. The writing method uses library research or literature reviews sourced from journals and e-books regarding the harmonization of science and religion. The data source comes from interviews with several samples of students from the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN K.H Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan. The results of this research state that social media platforms such as Twitter, Instagram and Tiktok can provide a medium for discussion with fellow students or the wider community. If these various platforms are used for discussion properly, they can encourage them to think moderately, accept existing differences, and understand more deeply about religious moderation. Apart from that, they can also be influenced by public figures and influencers. There is a lot of content in the form of articles and videos that emphasize the importance of religious moderation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the form and inhibiting factors of social interaction between minority students and Muslim majority students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that minority students and Muslim majority students established a good relationship. They highly prioritize attitudes and a high sense of tolerance by accepting and appreciating existing differences. (1) the form of interaction that occurs between the two is the attitude of not discriminating and still appreciating the differences of minority students. (2) There are inhibiting factors in the interaction between Christian and Islamic students. Internal factors are introverted, closed, shyness and lack of confidence. The relationship formed from minority students and lecturers is quite good, the lecturer really appreciates minority students by differentiating learning methods according to the ability of minority students.

Abstract

In the realm of liberals, ethic and justice values are regarded as the qath'i and eternal values that need upholding at the longest, while the rest is just particular and technical matter. Liberal schools has more intention on the sociological context rather than textual approach. So restriction on performing ijtihad is undoubtedly unintended; otherwise having wider space for ijtihad is absolutely required. This paper tries to uncover some dimensions of asy-Syaukani legal thought which is regarded as a liberal schools.

Abstract

This study aims to identify solutions to the challenges of economic development for the Muslim community in Wiroditan Village, Pekalongan Regency, through the optimisation of the village government information system and the transformation of the Village-Owned Enterprise. The research method used is a qualitative approach using secondary data. Data was collected through literature review to understand the phenomena experienced by the research subjects in a holistic manner. Data analysis was conducted systematically, focusing on explaining the facts obtained from the data sources, using interactive and continuous qualitative analysis techniques. The research results indicate that optimising the Village Information System and transforming the Village-Owned Enterprise are key factors in accelerating economic development in Wiroditan Village. This study contributes to the importance of the Village Information System's function in improving access to information and transparency, while the Village-Owned Enterprise expands business opportunities and community participation.
