Abstract

This study aims to understand the concept of tax planning at ABC Restaurant. Although taxes have an important role in financing the country's development, the level of tax compliance in Indonesia is still low, especially in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. This study highlights the low level of tax awareness and knowledge among MSME owners and the need for more effective tax socialization. The methods used in this study include interviews and literature analysis. The results show that business owners tend to obtain tax information from informal sources such as the internet and indicate that increased socialization by the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) can improve tax understanding and compliance in the MSME sector.

Abstract

This research analyzes management control in the hybrid work model, including strategies, challenges, and its impact on company performance. Using qualitative method through a literature review, this research find that the hybrid work model can enhance operational efficiency and employee productivity within companies. The study emphasizes the importance of control in implementing hybrid work to foster innovation and creativity among employees. Additionally, the research discusses examples of successful implementations of the hybrid work model in companies, making it a reference for firms aiming to enhance management practices in hybrid work adoption. Keywords: Hybrid work model, company, management control, company performance   Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis pengendalian manajemen dalam model kerja hybrid, termasuk strategi, tantangan, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui studi kepustakaan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model kerja hybrid dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan produktivitas karyawan dalam perusahaan. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya kontrol dalam penerapan kerja hybrid untuk mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menjabarkan contoh dari perusahaan yang berhasil menerapkan model kerja hybrid, menjadikannya sebagai referensi untuk perusahaan yang ingin meningkatkan praktik manajemen dalam penerapan model kerja hybrid.
