Abstract

Information technology (IT) has become a key element in the development of the financial industry, including Islamic banking. A primary challenge for IT management in Islamic banks is data security from cybercrime, which can damage the bank’s reputation and customer trust. This study aims to further examine the challenges and efforts that Islamic banks can undertake to enhance IT security. The research methodology uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and literature review to describe the phenomenon in depth based on data and information from various relevant literature sources. The study’s findings show that Islamic banks need to strengthen security through encryption, continuous monitoring, and employee training on cybersecurity. The conclusion of this study recommends that Islamic banks continue to raise awareness among employees and customers about security risks and ensure regulatory compliance. This research is expected to serve as a reference for Islamic banks in maintaining information security in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the planning and management of human resources (HR) in the culinary business of Ayam Penyet, with a case study at Ayam Penyet Buk Nur. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that thorough HR planning is crucial to ensure the availability of workforce that matches operational needs. Recruitment at Ayam Penyet Buk Nur is still informal, necessitating a competency-based selection system to acquire qualified employees. HR development through technical and work ethics training has proven to improve performance and service quality. A fair and transparent compensation system contributes to employee loyalty and retention. The internalization of Islamic business ethics strengthens a professional and harmonious work culture. Effective and adaptive HR management is key to the success and competitiveness of the Ayam Penyet business amid intense culinary market competition. The study recommends enhancing recruitment systems, continuous training, and the application of fairness and ethics principles in HR management to support business sustainability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran Good Corporate Governance (GCG) dalam memastikan keberlanjutan PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Latar belakang penelitian ini berasal dari tuntutan yang meningkat untuk transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan keberlanjutan di tengah kompleksitas operasional perusahaan besar di industri pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara penerapan prinsip GCG dalam mendukung keberlanjutan perusahaan secara formal dan pelaksanaannya secara praktis. Fokus penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan GCG di PT Indofood dan sejauh mana implementasi ini mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian baru ini berfokus pada analisis GCG secara menyeluruh dalam konteks keberlanjutan perusahaan FMCG berskala besar yang masih relatif terbatas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui penelitian literatur ilmiah, laporan keberlanjutan, dan laporan tahunan perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indofood telah menerapkan GCG secara struktural dan mendukung legitimasi dan keberlanjutan jangka panjang, meskipun implementasi substansial masih terhambat. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa memperkuat integrasi GCG dan strategi keberlanjutan akan sangat penting untuk menciptakan nilai jangka panjang perusahaan.
