Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1). Melihat keberadaan sukuk di pasar modal Indonesia pada tahun 2010-2014. 2) Meningkatkan Peredaran Sukuk di Pasar Modal Syariah. Penelitian ini dengan analisis data sekunder yang berasal dari Roadmad Otoritas Jasa Keuangan tahun 2015-2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; 1). Keberadaan sukuk di pasar peneliti modal Indonesia dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2014 ini mengalami penurunan. Perkembangan sukuk di Pasar modal menurun sampai diangka 40,34%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas penduduk Indonesia yang muslim tidak memilih obligasi Syariah, melainkan obligasi Konvensional. 2). Untuk memperkuat peran pelaku pasar di Pasar Modal Syariah Indonesia perlu peran pemerintah, lembaga terkait pasar modal, dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan untuk Memperkuat Peran Pelaku Pasar di Pasar Modal Syariah antara lain; Menerbitan Aturan terkait Ahli Syariah di Pasar Modal, Menerbitkan Aturan terkait Lembaga Penunjang di Pasar Modal Syariah dan Perusahaan Efek, Memperkuat Landasan Hukum bagi transaksi Efek Syariah, Melakukan Promosi Pasar Modal Syariah, dan Melakukan Sosialisasi dan Edukasi Pasar Modal Syariah kepada Masyarakat. Dengan adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan peredaran Sukuk di Pasar Modal di Indonesia diharapkan pelaku pasar di pasar modal syariah akan mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of financial performance variables on stock prices with stock trading variables as an intervening variable in companies in the food & staples retailing sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 – 2023. Data, facts and information obtained from the issuer's financial statements show that the total value of assets, current assets, fixed assets, total debt, short-term debt, long-term debt, sales, gross profit, operating profit, net profit, total equity.  Data analysis in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM), with Smart PLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that 1) Financial performance variables with DAR and DER indicators have an effect on stock price variables in companies in the food & staples retailing sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 2) Financial performance variables with DAR and DER indicators have no effect on stock trading variables with FREKW PDG and PDG NILAI indicators in food & staples retailing sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 3) Stock trading variables have no effect on stock price variables in companies in the food & staples retailing sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. 4) Financial performance variables have no effect on stock price variables with stock trading as an intervening variable

Abstract

The situation resulting from the Covid-19 Pandemic is a situation full of uncertainty (uncertainty). Some experts have even realized and predicted that a situation like this will have an impact and risk for economic actors, causing micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to be able to survive and compete to gain market share by implementing management strategies, concepts and management plans. . it is good. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that the variables consumer orientation and innovation orientation have a significant influence on business performance. It is necessary to analyze the direct influence of entrepreneurial marketing dimensions on business performance so that the three independent variables do not have a direct influence on business performance. The purpose of this research is to formulate the ability to be able to utilize the resources they have even though they are limited (resource-based view) so that they can at least maintain financial performance or even be able to achieve competitive advantage with their competitors with the strategy being through the Entrepreneurial Marketing (EM) approach. The data in this research was obtained through distributing questionnaires and interviews with the Keys Coffee Shop manager in Jambi City. The research results show that the variables consumer orientation and innovation orientation have a significant positive influence on Coffee Shop business performance in Jambi City.
