Abstract

Article 74 of the Company Law requires companies that carry out business activities in the field of and/or related to natural resources to carry out Environmental Social Responsibility, in which these obligations are budgeted and calculated as Company costs by taking into account propriety and fairness. Which budgeting is carried out based on the company's work plan which is reported in the annual report at the General Meeting of Shareholders, furthermore, Article 1 paragraph (3) UUPT states TJSL is a commitment from the company to participate in a sustainable economic development that is useful for improving the quality of life and a beneficial environment for all stakeholders. As with this commitment, the company should have the desire to include one of the clauses regarding TJSL, one of which is in the deed of amendment to the company's articles of association, even though Article 15 of the Company Law does not regulate the existence of a component of environmental social responsibility. The legal issue in this paper is a conflict of norms in the Company Law which states an obligation and is in the form of a commitment, but does not become a component in the company's articles of association. The problem studied is why it is important for the TJSL clause to be included in the deed, and how the construction of the clause is, with the aim of knowing the importance and form of the calculus if included in the deed of amendment to the company's budget. This type of research leads to normative juridical, using statutory approaches, conceptual approaches through primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The results of this study with the inclusion of the TJSL clause can provide legal certainty in carrying out obligations, as a reminder (alarm) for the company, and the creation of legal order, the TJSL clause is either incorporated in the profit earning article or in a separate article on the deed of amendment to the articles of association either through the Partij deed (the parties) or Relaas deed (meeting minutes)

Abstract

ABSTRACT The dynamics of interaction between developments in computer technology and changes in society. The main focus of this journal is on the complex interrelationships between computer technology, culture, and social structures. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this article outlines the profound implications, challenges faced, and opportunities created by the spread and penetration of computer technology in people's daily lives. This study explores significant changes in the way people interact, communicate, and adapt to computer technology. Along with technological evolution, society has undergone complex social and cultural transformations. The social implications of the development of computer technology form new dynamics in communication patterns, interpersonal interactions, and cultural understanding. However, in this context, there are also ethical challenges that need to be addressed, including issues of privacy, surveillance, and social impact that are not yet fully understood. In addition to challenges, this journal also highlights the great opportunities that arise from the integration of computer technology. Innovations in areas such as education, business, arts, and political participation have been driven by these technological developments. Society faces new opportunities to create creative and responsive solutions to global problems through the use of technology. This journal provides in-depth insight into the relationship between computer technology and society. This research embraces the complexities of the interactions between the two, illustrating a more holistic understanding framework. By understanding the implications, facing challenges, and taking advantage of the opportunities presented by developments in computer technology, people can direct the use of technology towards a positive and sustainable impact in their daily lives.

Abstract

Pemilihan set-top box (STB) televisi menjadi semakin penting seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan hiburan digital. Dalam konteks ini, metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) telah menjadi pendekatan yang umum digunakan untuk mengatasi kompleksitas dalam pengambilan keputusan. Artikel ini membahas penggunaan perangkat lunak Expert Choice dalam aplikasi AHP untuk pemilihan STB televisi. Expert Choice memberikan platform yang kuat untuk menerapkan konsep AHP dengan lebih efisien, membantu pengguna dalam mengembangkan hierarki kriteria, melakukan perbandingan berpasangan, dan menghasilkan hasil akhir yang konsisten. Dalam penggunaan Expert Choice untuk aplikasi AHP dalam pemilihan STB televisi, langkah pertama melibatkan pembuatan hierarki yang terstruktur dengan baik. Hierarki ini mencakup kriteria utama seperti kualitas gambar, fitur tambahan, harga, dan keandalan. Sub-kriteria seperti resolusi, dukungan aplikasi, konektivitas, dan performa dapat ditambahkan dalam tingkat hierarki yang lebih rendah. Expert Choice memungkinkan pengguna untuk dengan mudah memasukkan dan mengelompokkan kriteria ini, membantu dalam mengorganisir proses pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks. Selanjutnya, Expert Choice memfasilitasi perbandingan berpasangan antara kriteria dan sub-kriteria dalam hierarki. Pengguna dapat memberikan bobot preferensi relatif untuk setiap perbandingan, menggambarkan tingkat kepentingan relatif dari satu kriteria terhadap yang lain. Perangkat lunak ini secara otomatis menghitung skor konsistensi untuk memastikan bahwa preferensi yang diberikan oleh pengguna tidak bertentangan. Hal ini meningkatkan validitas hasil akhir dari proses pemilihan STB televisi berdasarkan AHP. Dengan penggunaan Expert Choice dalam aplikasi AHP, pemilihan STB televisi menjadi lebih terstruktur, transparan, dan mudah dipahami. Keputusan akhir dapat dihasilkan berdasarkan perhitungan matematis yang kuat, mengurangi potensi bias dan ketidakpastian dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Dengan demikian, penggunaan Expert Choice dalam aplikasi AHP tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi dalam memilih STB televisi yang sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna, tetapi juga memberikan landasan yang lebih kuat bagi keputusan yang didasarkan pada analisis komprehensif.
