Abstract

Educational management is management that is applied in the development of education. In the sense that it is the art and science of managing Islamic educational resources to achieve the goals of Islamic education effectively and efficiently. This research aims to find out the concept of Islamic education management based on the perspective of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study uses a literature review method to examine the concept of Islamic education management from the perspective of the Qur'an. This research involves the systematic collection and analysis of relevant sources, including classical and contemporary interpretations (Qur'anic interpretations), scientific articles, books, and other academic works related to Islamic education management and Qur'an principles. The data are categorized and interpreted to identify the core principles and practices in education management as outlined in the Qur'an. The results of the analysis show that the purpose of Islamic education management is so that all resources, equipment or facilities in an organization can be mobilized in such a way that it can avoid to the minimum extent all the waste of time, energy, materials, and money in order to achieve the organizational goals that have been set in advance. The views of experts conclude that the concept of Islamic education management according to the perspective of the Qur'an is as follows, namely flexible, effective, efficient, open, cooperative and participatory

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pentingnya manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padang Sidempuan. Fokus utama penelitian adalah pada implementasi strategi manajemen yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang optimal. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengkajian dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis melalui beberapa tahapan, termasuk reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana, seperti perpustakaan dan laboratorium, memegang peran krusial dalam mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Namun, masih terdapat beberapa keterbatasan, seperti kurangnya kualifikasi staf tertentu dalam pengelolaan fasilitas tersebut. Proses manajemen melibatkan berbagai tahap, dari perencanaan hingga penghapusan, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa fasilitas pendidikan tetap sesuai dengan standar dan kebutuhan yang berkembang. Pembaharuan fasilitas pendidikan secara berkala berdampak positif terhadap mutu pendidikan di UIN Syekh Ali Hasan Ahmad Addary Padang Sidempuan. Selain mendukung pembelajaran akademik, universitas juga membekali siswa dengan keterampilan praktis yang relevan, seperti menjahit dan merias, untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara signifikan, mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional, serta mempersiapkan lulusan yang berdaya saing.

Abstract

The background to this research problem is a religious family environment on the learning motivation of class V students at SD Muhammadiyah 2 Padangsidimpuan. A religious family environment will provide peace in the home, so that students' learning motivation will increase compared to students who have a less religious family environment. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of a religious family environment on the learning motivation of class V students at SD Muahamadiyah 2 Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not a religious family environment influences the learning motivation of class V students at SD Muahammadiyah 2 Padangsidimpuan. This research method is quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. The research results show that the religious family environment of class V students at SD Muahamadiyah 2 Padangsidimpuan can be said to be good with a score of 81%, while the learning motivation of class V students can be said to be good with a score of 71.53%. The results of this research explain that there is a significant influence between a religious family environment and student learning motivation, which was found by the t test that tcount is 5.045 ttable is 1.674 with n=50 and significance is 0.05, so H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be It was concluded that there was a significant influence between a religious family environment and student learning motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThe COVID-19 era requires the world of education to transform its learning system towards application-based digitalization. The current learning application that is widely discussed is Ruangguru. Ruangguru is an application that is intended to help students learn because the content is based on subjects by the curriculum in Indonesia. This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the Ruangguru application for learning, especially in the scope of elementary schools. This research method is descriptive quantitative through the survey. The population of this study were elementary/MI students in the city of Padangsidimpuan, North Sumatra. The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling which includes simple random sampling, so the number of students who respond is 81 people. Data collection techniques using a Google Form-assisted questionnaire. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistics assisted by STATCAL software. The results of this study found data that the Ruangguru application seemed to be effectively used for learning for SD/MI students in the Padangsidimpuan City area of North Sumatra Province during the COVID-19 pandemic with an average percentage of 80.25%. Keywords: Ruangguru application; Learning; COVID-19 AbstrakEra COVID-19 menuntut dunia pendidikan bertransformasi sistem pembelajarannya menuju digitalisasi berbasis aplikasi. Aplikasi pembelajaran saat ini yang banyak diperbincangkan ialah Ruangguru. Ruangguru adalah aplikasi yang diperuntukkan membantu siswa dalam belajarnya karena isinya berdasarkan mata pelajaran yang sesuai kurikulum di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri keefektifan aplikasi Ruangguru untuk pembelajaran khususnya di lingkup sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif melalui survei. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa SD/MI yang berada di wilayah Kota Padangsidimpuan, Sumatera Utara. Teknik sampelyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah probability sampling yang meliputi simple random sampling, jadi siswa yang merespon berjumlah 81 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berbantuan Google Form. Analisis data penelitian memakai statistik deskriptif berbantuan software STATCAL. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan data bahwa aplikasi Ruangguru terlihat efektif digunakan untuk pembelajaran bagi siswa SD/MI di wilayah Kota Padangsidimpuan Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama masa pandemi  COVID-19 dengan memiliki rata-rata persentase 80,25%. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Ruangguru; Pembelajaran; COVID-19

Selain mendukung pembelajaran akademik, universitas juga membekali siswa dengan keterampilan praktis yang relevan, seperti menjahit dan merias, untuk mempersiapkan mereka menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan bahwa implementasi manajemen sarana dan prasarana yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara signifikan, mendukung pencapaian tujuan pendidikan nasional, serta mempersiapkan lulusan yang berdaya saing.

Abstract

Educational supervision is one of the strategic efforts to improve the quality of learning and teacher professionalism. The background of this research arises from the fact that Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan still face challenges in mastering learning strategies, utilizing media, and developing themselves continuously. The main problem examined in this study is the extent to which educational supervision plays a role in encouraging the professional development of PAI teachers at the school. This research aims to identify the role of educational supervision in the aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning, as well as its impact on improving the professional competence of PAI teachers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings show that educational supervision conducted by the principal and supervisors plays an important role in guiding PAI teachers. Collaborative and communicative supervision improves teachers’ abilities in designing lesson plans, managing classrooms, and applying various teaching methods according to students’ needs. In addition, supervision also encourages teachers to be more active in self- development activities, such as training programs and Teacher Working Group (MGMP) forums. The conclusion of this study is that educational supervision not only functions as monitoring but also as effective professional mentoring. Through well-directed supervision, PAI teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Padangsidimpuan experience improvements in pedagogical, professional, and social competencies, which positively affect the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning at the school.
