<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online learning on STIE Tridharma Bandung students' satisfaction during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted with a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The number of student respondents was 104 people consisting of active students from the Management Study Program and the Accounting Study Program. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the majority of students (97.1%) already have devices for online learning, so that students can easily access online learning technology. However, students still experience problems in monitoring the development of online materials, the ease of obtaining materials, and at the same time studying online learning materials. Students also considered that the online learning method applied was not appropriate, but they were relatively satisfied with the online learning method, and the ability of the lecturers. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa STIE Tridharma Bandung pada masa pandemi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisa deskriptif. Jumlah responden mahasiswa adalah 104 orang terdiri mahasiswa aktif dari Prodi Manajemen dan Prodi Akuntansi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa (97,1%) telah memiliki perangkat untuk pembelajaran daring, sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengakses dengan mudah teknologi pembelajaran daring. Namun mahasiswa masih mengalami kendala dalam memantau perkembangan materi daring, kemudahan memperoleh materi dan sekaligus mempelajari materi pembelajaran daring. Mahasiswa juga menganggap bahwa metode pembelajaran daring yang diterapkan belum dirasakan tepat, tetapi relatif puas terhadap metode pembelajaran daring, dan kemampuan dosen.]]>
