Abstract

This research examines women in the religious modernity movement by studying Lombok's veiled women's community. Specifically, this research discusses the forms of veiled women's movements amid modernity, which are analyzed using the Resource Mobilization Theory. The researcher uses a qualitative approach with a case study method that focuses on the experiences and views of veiled women in the socio-religious Movement. The research type used is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were the founders, leaders, and administrators of Lombok's veiled women's community. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interview, and documentation methods. The research results indicate that the veiled women's community in Lombok is a socio-religious movement that provides social benefits to the community. In addition, the veiled women's community in Lombok is also used as a symbol of the Movement and has succeeded in becoming a public figure and example for the surrounding community. It can be seen from the success of various community programs that the community on Lombok Island has welcomed.

Abstract

Artikel ini secara khusus akan membahas tentang relasi perempuan dan alam yang ditinjau secara etnografis pada sosok perempuan suci Ratu Jin Dewi Anjani yang memerintah Lombok dari gunung Rinjani. Ratu Dwi Anjani merupakan representasi dari agensi perempuan pribumi Sasak Lombok yang membentuk pengalaman mistik dan sakral dalam memberikan makna kehidupan yang komperhensif antara gender dan pemeliharaan dewi. Tujuan penelian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan feminim sosok suci Ratu Roh Jin Dewi Anjani yang memimpin dan membentuk spiritualitas para perempuan dalam organisasi Nahdatul Wathan. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan analisis data kualitatif dengan studi pustaka (Library research). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ratu Jin Dewi Anjani merupakan sosok perempuan yang disakralkan dan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi masyarakat Lombok tentang hubungan antara manusia dan lingkungan alam. Kehadirannya menciptakan dinamika spiritual yang terorganisir dalam organisasi Nahdatul Wathan yang merupakan organisasi Islam terbesar dan berpengaruh di Lombok sebagai representasi dari semangat ekofeminis untuk menjaga dan merawat alam lingkungan, kehidupan sosial masyarakat, politisasi dan religious-gender.Kata kunci: Ratu Dwi Anjani, Ekofeminis, Nahdatul Wathan, Lombok.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Ludwig Feuerbach's critical discourse on the concept of religion: A study on the analysis of religious dogmatization in Indonesia. The research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, relying on various primary sources such as books, documents, theses, and journals. The main focus is Ludwig Feuerbach's thoughts on the concept of religion, using relevant journal articles as a reference. At least five sources of literature are utilized, analyzed in depth to provide an understanding of Feuerbach's ideas regarding the dogmatization of religion. The data obtained from the literature are examined for completeness and consistency of meaning. Subsequently, the data are organized to facilitate analysis, ultimately leading to conclusions that address the research questions. The findings of this study reveal that Ludwig Feuerbach's view on the dogmatization of religion emphasizes that religion is a projection of human desires and needs, where God and His attributes are reflections of ideal human traits. In the context of Indonesia, with its rich religious and cultural diversity, this concept invites a more critical and reflective understanding of religion. Strictly applied religious dogmatization can strengthen the identity of certain groups but may also trigger inter-religious and intercultural conflicts. Therefore, the principle of "Bhinneka Tunggal Ika" (Unity in Diversity) must be upheld through inclusive interfaith dialogue to maintain peace and harmony in national and social life.
