Abstract

In general, mung bean plants in the farming system are only an intercropping crop so that planting is done in the second or third planting season during the rainy season. Shade treatment on mung bean plants, for example netting/paranet used as shade on mung bean plants. The shade provided and received greatly determines the response of mung beans to growth and production. The method used in this research is the Randomised Group Design (RAK), testing is done through 2 stages, namely: anova variance analysis, and the smallest real difference test (BNT) with 5 samples of mung bean plants per treatment, with 3 replications, so that the total observation unit is 15 plants. The results showed that the control plants or without shade (P0) showed the results of plant height, number of leaves, number of pods, number of seeds, and kring weight, which were better than plants with 60% shade treatment (P1), and plants with 80% shade treatment (P2).

Abstract

This research was carried out in Camplong II Village, Fatuleu District, from 6 February to 6 May 2024. The research method used in this research was the Randomized Group Design (RAK) method which consisted of 3 levels of treatment, namely: treatment without shade, treatment with shade 60 % and 80% shade treatment which was repeated 3 times and 5 plants were taken as samples for each repetition, so there were 45 plants as observation units. The results of this research show that the no shade treatment, 60% shade treatment and 80% shade treatment showed the number of seeds and pod weight in peanut plants. The conclusion from this research is that treatment without shade is the treatment that provides maximum results for all parameters.

Abstract

A study has been conducted in the village of Noelbaki research was conducted in August to October 2022 Month in the Village Oebelo District of Central Kupang Kupang regency, with the aim of knowing the effect of growth regulators on the growth, hasildan konsentari most effective plant eggplant. Research using a completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of four fertilizer treatments Atonik namely T0: without treatment (control); T1: 0.5 ml / liter of water; T2:: 0.75 ml / liter of water -; T3:: 1.0 ml / liter of water is repeated 3 times. Anova test results if there is a real effect then continued with Duncan Multiple Test.The results showed that treatment Atonik fertilizer with a dose of 1.0 ml / liter of water provide the best results on plant height number of leaves and number of fruits and fruit number even though the treatment is not significant to the treatment amount of interest and the amount of fruit.

Abstract

The training on environmentally friendly liquid dish soap making aims to enhance the potential of the community, particularly women, in reducing the consumption of commercial dish soap while improving household economic welfare. Soap is an essential material used for cleaning kitchen utensils and household equipment. This article presents the results of a Community Service Program focused on producing eco-friendly dishwashing soap using texapon as the main surfactant. The activities include the introduction of tools and materials, production processes, step-by-step procedures, outcomes, and benefits. A qualitative-descriptive approach was applied in this program. The partners involved were women’s groups in Toobaun Village, Amarasi Barat Subdistrict, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. This program is expected to promote economic independence and reduce negative environmental impacts.

Abstract

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of the composition of wood powder, rice bran and corn flour to grow mushrooms on the growth of white oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus Linn.). The research was carried out in February - May 2023 in Noelbaki, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. The research was carried out using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 5 treatments and each was repeated 3 times. There were 3 baglogs for each treatment so there were a total of 15 baglogs. The treatments were: Po = 100% wood dust (control), P1 = 85% wood powder : 10% rice bran : 5% corn flour, P2 = 75% wood powder : 15% rice bran : 10% corn flour, P3 = 65% wood dust: 20% rice bran: 15% corn flour, P4 = 55% wood powder: 25% rice bran 20% corn flour. The parameters measured are the initial time of mycelium growth, the time of mycelium fulfillment, the time of fruit body growth, the width of the hood (cm), the length of the stalk (cm), the wet weight of the fruit body (gr) and the dry weight (g). The measurement data were analyzed using variance to determine the effect of the treatment given on the changes observed. From the results of this research it can be concluded that the composition of the mushroom growing media from wood dust, rice bran and corn flour can influence the start of mecelium growth, the time to fulfill the mycelium, the number of fruit bodies, the width of the cap, the dry weight and water content of white oyster mushrooms, the composition of the growing media. The most effective fungus is in treatment 4 with the following ratio of 55% wood dust = 770 grams, 25% rice bran = 350 grams, and 20% corn flour = 280 grams, the greater the amount or mass of rice bran and corn flour, the greater the further accelerates the growth of white oyster mushrooms.
