Abstract

AbstrakArtikel bertujuan mengevaluasi context, input, process, dan product program Diklat Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (DPM) Tahun 2023 di Politeknik Penerbangan Makassar. Artikel menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis evaluasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Tahapan analisis data: pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Proses validasi menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) evaluasi context menunjukkan program DPM mampu  mengakomodir kebutuhan masyarakat serta perumusan tujuan program dilaksanakan dengan baik; (2) evaluasi input menunjukkan SDM, metode, fasilitas, kurikulum, dan pembiayaan disusun dan direncanakan berdasarkan tujuan program sehingga mampu mendukung tercapainya tujuan; (3) evaluasi prosess menunjukkan kesesuaian implementasi program dengan rencana, kemampuan SDM instruktur memiliki kompetensi yang baik untuk transfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan, serta metode yang digunakan menyesuaikan dengan materi, dan (4) evaluasi product menunjukkan tujuan program tercapai dengan baik serta dampak positif berupa peningkatan kepercayaan diri yang ditunjukkan oleh lulusan. Evaluation of the Community Empowerment Training Program at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic AbstractThe article aims to evaluate the context, input, process, and product of the 2023 Community Empowerment Training (DPM) program at Makassar Aviation Polytechnic. The article uses a qualitative approach with a type of evaluation. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, and document study"”data analysis stages: data collection, condensation, data presentation, and concluding/verification. The validation process uses triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the research are: (1) context evaluation shows that the DPM program can accommodate community needs and the formulation of program objectives is implemented well; (2) input evaluation shows that human resources, methods, facilities, curriculum, and financing are prepared and planned based on program objectives so that they can support the achievement of objectives; (3) process evaluation shows the suitability of the program implementation with the plan, the ability of instructor human resources to have good competence for transferring knowledge and skills, and the methods used adapt to the material, and (4) product evaluation shows that the program objectives are achieved well and have a positive impact in the form of improvement. self-confidence demonstrated by graduates.
