Abstract

In learning, students tend to be passive because teachers do not develop innovative media, so learning outcomes are low. This study aims to develop innovative, intelligent box media in the PPKn lesson content on the image's meaning of the state symbol of Garuda Pancasila. This type of research is research and development (R&D) with the Borgh and Gall model. The subjects of this study were 1 learning material expert, 1 learning media expert and 1 teacher. The population in this study was 30 as the research population. The data collection methods were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The research instruments used were multiple choice. The data analysis technique in this study used quantitative data analysis and inferential statistics. The results showed that the innovative smart box media received a feasible category from media and material validation experts. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test on a large and small scale, there was a significant difference after using the innovative smart box media. Based on the results of the N-gain test on both a small and large scale, there was an increase in values ​​between the pretest and posttest. It can be concluded that innovative smart box learning media effectively improves student learning outcomes in the PPKn subject. The research implies that the innovative smart box media developed suits PPKn learning.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between self-efficacy and self-regulated learning (SRL) on the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary school students in the Dwija Krida Cluster, Semarang City. This research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample consisted of 116 fifth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a 4-point Likert scale questionnaire to measure self-efficacy and SRL, while learning outcomes were obtained from the students' even semester report cards. The results of the analysis indicated a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes, as well as between SRL and learning outcomes. Simultaneously, self-efficacy and SRL contributed 52% to the variance in learning outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening self-efficacy and developing SRL to enhance students' academic achievement.

Abstract

Teaching variety and motivation are factors that can affect student learning outcomes. Based on the results of interviews, teachers have not fully implemented teaching variations in the learning process, as a result students experience boredom in learning. Teachers need to have teaching variations so that learning becomes active and fun, so that learning outcomes are optimal. Student learning outcomes are also influenced by teacher teaching motivationThe purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between teachers' teaching variation and teaching motivation on learning outcomes of Science and Social Studies (IPAS) of elementary school students in Kemuning and Wijaya Kusuma Gugus, Ngaliyan Sub- district, Semarang City. This research used quantitative method with correlation research type. The population in this study was 104 teachers. Sampling using Nonprobability Sampling method, while the sampling method used is saturated sampling of the population. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed a significant relationship between teacher teaching variation and teacher teaching motivation on IPAS learning outcomes with rcount= of 0.526 and Fcount of 40.681 and contributed 51.7%. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between teacher teaching variation and teacher teaching motivation to the learning outcomes of IPAS elementary school students Kemuning Cluster and Wijaya Kusuma Cluster Ngaliyan District Semarang City.
