Abstract

Stock prices often experience unpredictable changes, leading to the uncertainty of stock return values. This paper aims to find a mathematical model to predict future stock prices based on past stock price data. One of the models used to predict stock prices is the Brownian Motion Model, which is based on the concept of random movement. The research method used to solve the stock forecasting problem is by using Geometric Brownian Motion by calculating the return value of closing stock prices using Ms. Excel, testing the normality of return value data, modeling stock prices using Geometric Brownian Motion, and calculating the model’s accuracy level using MAPE. Based on the model, the accuracy level using MAPE from the calculation results is obtained with a MAPE value of less than 10%, which is 4,93%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the average error deviation generated indicates a high level of forecasting accuracy.

Abstract

The implementation of the nutrition installation information system at RS Melati Tangerang still encounters several obstacles. This research aims to evaluate the nutritional installation information system at RS Melati Tangerang using the CIPP model. This type of research is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Evaluation using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process and Product). The 5 informants included the Head of the Nutrition Installation (1 person), the Nutritionist (1 person), the Cook (1 person), and the Waiter (2 people). Data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through stages: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the problems with the nutrition installation information system at RS Melati Tangerang include: programmer limitations, not all features in the system can be used, there are parts between units that are not yet integrated in the system and do not facilitate the overall service and weak monitoring. The information system for the nutrition installation at RS Melati Tangerang received a positive response, however problems were found that had an impact on service integration. It is necessary to fulfill resource needs, build an integrated system and strengthen monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

The quality of healthcare services is a crucial element in ensuring patient safety, where the management of digital medical records plays a strategic role in supporting service continuity and clinical decision-making. This study aims to analyze risk management in medical record services at Clinic X, Surakarta, and formulate improvement recommendations to enhance service quality. The research applies a descriptive qualitative approach using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. Data were collected through workflow observations and interviews with medical record officers and Diginic system administrators. Risk assessment involved identifying processes, determining failure modes, evaluating severity, occurrence, and detection levels, and calculating the Risk Priority Number (RPN) to prioritize corrective actions. The findings reveal that the highest RPN values are associated with patient registration without ID cards, Diginic system disruptions, and non-compliance with BPJS registration through the Mobile JKN application. These risks affect patient identification accuracy, service flow, and patient experience. Meanwhile, duplicate and delayed data entries have lower risk priorities but still impact operational efficiency and data accuracy. The study concludes that service quality can be improved through strengthened patient identity verification, the establishment of operational procedures during system failures, staff capacity development, and patient education on Mobile JKN use. Future research is recommended to expand the study scope and integrate FMEA with Root Cause Analysis for more comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.
