Abstract

Persaingan bisnis yang semakin tinggi membuat perusahaan terus berusaha melakukan promosi yang tepat dalam memasarkan produknya. Kualitas yang baik dan tinggi maka perusahaan dapat menentukan harga yang tinggi karena harga akan dapat mempengaruhi kesadaran konsumen dalam memutuskan pembelian suatu produk. Masalah yang dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh promosi dan harga terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian kaos Tapis pada Rahayu Tapis Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan model analisa kualitatif yang menitik beratkan teoritis dalam bentuk angka dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara memberi pertanyaan tertulis kepada objek penelitian yaitu Rahayu Tapis Lampung untuk mengetahui apakah harga dan promosi berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian kaos Tapis di Rahayu Tapis Lampung. Tingginya minat masyarakat akan produk kerajinan trandisional suatu daerah salah satunya yaitu provinsi Lampung yang terkenal dengan Tapis Lampung, memicu munculnya wirausaha home industri dengan membawa identitas Lampung yaitu Tapis Lampung, salah satu produk yang dihasilkan adalah kaos Tapis. Harga dan Promosi mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian suatu produk, dengan harga dan promosi yang gencar melalui media sosial antara lain facebook dan instagram maka kaos Tapis Rahayu Tapis Lampung terus berkembang dan meningkatkan kewirausahan di provinsi Lampung. Kata kunci : promosi, harga, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The increasing online business in Indonesia is due to the increasingly widespread changes in consumer behavior and the increasing development of the internet. Based on data released by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics the number of internet users in Indonesia in 2017 reached 143.26 million people, equivalent to 54.68% of the total population of Indonesia. This number experienced an increase compared to 2016 of 10.56 million people based on survey results. Promotion through social media is one of the powerful tools used by online shop businesses, because with good, consistent and continuous promotion, the businesses offered to consumers as end users / users will be accepted so that consumers can continue to make transactions through social media. The research conducted is descriptive research that is by using the literature study method. Where library research is carried out by gathering relevant information, the data sources obtained are: observation, documentation, information, interviews, which are related to research. The incessant promotion carried out by Uwais Collection so far has made Uwais Collection increasingly known by the people of Lampung for the use of social networks, especially social media through Facebook and Instagram. because by utilizing social media as a promotional media it will make it easier for buyers to make online transactions where the phenomena that occur at the community level tend to like online purchases without the hassle of spending time such as conducting offline transactions.Keywords : Promotion, Social Media, Facebook, Instagram

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs in recruiting and providing compensation for the performance of employees in hospitals in recruiting employees and providing compensation for performance, employees of the Abdul Moloek Hospital are still not running openly so there are still many employees who have not felt satisfied, and compensation for non-medical employees is still often late (not on time) From the description of the background of the above problems the author will do Based on the formulation, the research objectives to be achieved are as follows: To find out the effect of Recruitment on employee performance of Voluntary Workers in Abdul Molok Hospital? To find out the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of Voluntary Workers in RS.Abdul Moloek Lampung Province? To determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on the performance of employees of the Voluntary Workers Hospital. Abdul Moloek Lampung Province From the results of this study it can be drawn a conclusion that: Recruitment variables have a persistent effect on employee performance by proving T count> T table (2,319> 1,666) with significant 0,002 <0,05) Compensation variables have a persistent effect on employee performance with proof of T count> T table (8,754> 1,666) with significant 0,000 <0,055) Recruitment and Compensation variables influence Simultaneously on employee performance by proving F count> F table (80,441> 3.12) with significant 0,000 <0,05) Recruitment, and compensation affects the performance of Abdul Moloek Hospital employees by 69.07%, and the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables
