Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh persepsi kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket bioskop XXI secara online pada aplikasi TIX ID. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah 100 responden pengguna aplikasi TIX ID di Kota Karawang. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan alat analisis SPSS 26 untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil pada penelitian diperoleh 61,4% menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian tiket bioskop XXI secara online pada aplikasi TIX ID di Kota Karawang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation variables on employee performance at Depot Air Nur Mutiara Tirta. The data collection methods used were interviews with one of the employees and the business owner, as well as direct observation of the company. The results of the study indicate a direct and significant positive relationship between work discipline and motivation variables and the variable of employee performance. Work discipline has a greater impact on employee performance compared to motivation. The implication of this research is that the company needs to pay attention to the work discipline of employees, especially in terms of compliance with the rules and procedures set by the business owner. Additionally, motivation also needs to be improved to enhance employee performance. In conclusion, both work discipline and motivation variables have a significant influence on employee performance in the company, and these factors need to be considered by the company to enhance employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak - Di era digital yang terus berkembang pesat, pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) menjadi elemen penting bagi keberlangsungan proses bisnis, salah satunya pada UMKM Go Chicken. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen dalam mendukung dan meningkatkan kinerja untuk meningkatkan efektivitas UMKM Go Chicken di era digital. Dalam mencapai tujuan ini, metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) merupakan sistem yang dirancang untuk mengumpulkan, memproses, menyimpan, dan menyebarkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam mendukung keberlangsungan dalam suatu organisasi. Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dari hasil penelitian ini sangat berperan dalam keberlangsungan operasional bisnis dan membantu dalam pertumbuhan bisnis.Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Kinerja, Sistem Informasi Manajemen, UMKM Abstract  - In the rapidly evolving digital era, Management Information Systems (MIS) have become a critical element for the sustainability of business processes in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), including Go Chicken. This study aims to examine the role of Management Information Systems in supporting and improving performance to enhance the effectiveness of Go Chicken MSMEs in the digital era. To achieve this objective, the research employs a descriptive method. Management Information Systems (MIS) are systems designed to collect, process, store, and disseminate information needed to support sustainability within an organization. Based on the findings of this research, the implementation of a Management Information System plays a significant role in ensuring the continuity of business operations and contributes to business growth.Keywords Effectiveness, Management Information System, MSMEs, Performance
