Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan terhadap anak binaan permasyarakatan di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas II maros. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian bahwa pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan terhadap anak binaan permasyarakatan di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas ii maros dilakukan secara promotive, preventif, kualitatif, dan rehabilitative. Mengenai factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan terhadap anak binaan permasyarakatan di lembaga pembinaan khusus anak kelas II maros adalah fasilitas saraamna dan prasarana rutan yang masih belum memedai, dibuktikan dengan tidak adanya ruangan khusus isolasi untuk anak yang menderita penyakit menular, dan jumlah petugas kesehatan yang minim mengakibatkan pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan di lapas anak maros kurang maksimal. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of the right to health services for children assisted by correctional institutions at the Maros Class II Special Development Institution for Children. This research is descriptive empirical legal research. The results of the research show that the implementation of the right to health services for children assisted by correctional institutions at the special development institution for class II children in Maros is carried out in a promotive, preventive, qualitative and rehabilitative manner. Regarding the factors that influence the implementation of the right to health services for children assisted by correctional institutions at the Maros Class II Special Development Institution for Children, the prison facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate, as evidenced by the absence of special isolation rooms for children suffering from infectious diseases, and the number of officers. Poor health results in the implementation of the right to health services in the Maros children's prison being less than optimal.
