Abstract

This study aims to determine public opinion regarding Universitas Pertahanan Republik Indonesia (UNHAN RI). As a new university, responses regarding public opinion need to be carried out so that the university can provide better services and educational programs. To see the public response to UNHAN RI, a Machine Learning method is used, namely Naïve Bayes. This Naïve Bayes modeling can help to classify public sentiment analysis towards UNHAN RI. By Naïve Bayes modeling, an accuracy value of 60.78% was obtained with three classification results, namely positive, negative, and neutral. The largest classification results were obtained in the positive class of 60.8%, the neutral class of 33.3%, and the negative class of 5.9%..

Abstract

Sistem pelaporan fasilitas merupakan solusi berbasis teknologi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dalam proses pelaporan kerusakan sarana dan prasarana. Dalam praktiknya, pelaporan secara konvensional melalui pesan singkat atau panggilan pribadi seringkali mengakibatkan informasi yang tidak terdokumentasi dengan baik serta keterlambatan dalam penanganan. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengembangkan sistem pelaporan fasilitas berbasis multi-platform dengan menggunakan Flutter sebagai pembuat aplikasi, Laravel untuk backend API, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan fitur utama berupa formulir pelaporan kerusakan yang mendukung unggahan gambar, kategori, deskripsi, serta lokasi kejadian. Selain itu, sistem juga memiliki fitur push notification yang memberikan notifikasi status laporan secara real-time kepada pengguna. Pengelolaan laporan dilakukan secara terstruktur dan aman melalui backend dengan penerapan middleware dan kontrol akses berbasis peran (role-based access control). Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan transparansi, mempercepat tindak lanjut perbaikan, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik melalui antarmuka yang responsif. Ke depan, sistem ini dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan integrasi sistem eksternal dan penambahan fitur evaluasi layanan untuk meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan kualitas pengelolaan fasilitas.

Abstract

Reporting plays a vital role in documenting work results, evaluating performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making through the presentation of clear, systematic, and well-organised information. However, the reporting process within the Pusat Data dan Informasi (Pusdatin) of the Kementerian Pertahanan, particularly in the Division of Pengamanan Sistem Informasi dan Persandian (Pamsisinfosan), was still conducted conventionally using paper-based forms, resulting in scattered archives, inefficient data storage, and delays in accessing activity records. This study introduces a web-based digital reporting platform that transforms conventional activity reporting into an integrated digital system equipped with activity recording, employee data management, scheduling features, and centralized data storage. The research adopted the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, construction, and implementation stages. The system was developed using the Laravel framework with database migration, authentication management, and a responsive interface built using Tailwind CSS. The results show that the proposed system simplifies activity reporting, improves data organization, and facilitates faster access to reports and schedules for operational personnel. Practically, the system supports more efficient administrative management by replacing manual forms with structured digital records that are easier to manage and retrieve. In conclusion, the implementation of a web-based reporting system using the RAD approach enhances administrative efficiency and supports daily operational activities within the Pamsisinfosan Division of Pusdatin, Kementerian Pertahanan.
