Abstract

Pemerintah Kabupaten Jayawijaya sejak lama memiliki Situs Web dengan nama domain http://www.jayawijayakab.go.id. Dalam pemanfaatannya ditemukan kurang efektif yang mengakibatkan kurang optimalnya dalam ketersediaan data dan informasi layanan publik. Oleh karena itu, dipandang perlu untuk dievaluasi dan memberikan rekomendasikan kepada para pengambil kebijakan agar melakukan langkah-langkah penyempurnaan secara taktis dan strategis, agar website ini lebih efektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan isi konten Situs Web menggunakan dua instrumen, yaitu: (1) menggunakan standar isi Situs Web Pemerintah Daerah yang ditetapkan Depkominfo dan (2) menggunakan 20 dimensi kualitas informasi menurut Knight & Burn. Evaluasi tersebut dilakukan per-tanggal 1 Juli sampai 6 Agustus 2019. Berdasarkan hasil Evaluasi Kualitas Informasi ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, Situs Web Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Jayawijaya belum cukup menyediakan informasi yang berkualitas bagi publik dan kualitas kontennya belum memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan Depkominfo.

Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) must be accompanied by the development of competent ICT sector human resources in accordance with Indonesian National Work Competence Standards (SKKNI). The developing Papua Highlands is expected to pay attention to the development of its human resources, primarily for the development of ICT sector human resource competencies. By qualitative method through rationalistic approach, the development is directed to competency type of computer operator. So with the achievement of these competencies, it will be easier to develop on the next types of competencies.

Abstract

Abstract

Human resource development is an integral part of the development of a region or area. As a new autonomous region, Papua Pegunungan requires various effective regional development strategies to align development and equitable distribution of community welfare in accordance with the objectives of regional expansion. Rapidly developing technology currently demands the availability of competent human resources, especially in the technology sector. This study aims to analyze the need for these human resources, tailored to the types of jobs in the technology sector that are predicted to be highly needed in regional development in Papua Pegunungan. The results of the study indicate that there are at least eight areas of focus in human resource development in the technology sector in Papua Pegunungan.
