Abstract

Various competences have been given to the students of the Vocational School (SMK), in particular the specialization program of Teknik Konstruksi dan Perumahan. One such competence is to be able to understand the types of measuring instruments, the operation and maintenance of simple and professional measurement instruments (manual and digital), as well as the data of measurements, and to be capable of understanding the business processes of construction and housing work, including the planning and implementation of housing construction. The growing market demand for surveys and mapping, as well as extensive business opportunities, gave rise to the idea of familiarizing students with entrepreneurship. In addition to meeting the needs of the industry, this idea aims to prepare students to enter the world of entrepreneurship. SME graduates are expected to be able to create jobs for themselves and others. With this idea and supported by existing curricula, SMK students should get used to having an entrepreneurial spirit. The purposes and implementation of the curriculum can be achieved through survey and mapping services, with the hope that students can design and implement an entrepreneurship program in the form of Mapping Survey Services as Implementation of Entrepreneurial Preparedness, Students of SMK Negeri 2 Surabaya.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) keterlaksanaan proses belajar mengajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan media maket; (2) ketuntasan belajar siswa setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kontekstual dengan media maket. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Nonequialent Control group Design dengan sampelnya adalah siswa kelas XI TGB SMK Negeri 5 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 59 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi perangkat pembelajaran, lembar pengamatan keterlaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, dan lembar tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis keterlaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar dan ketuntasan belajar, serta uji t pihak kanan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) persentase rata-rata hasil pengamatan keterlaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah 82% dengan kategori sangat baik; (2) rata-rata ketuntasan belajar siswa sebesar 44% untuk XI GB 2 dan 26% untuk kelas XI GB 3. Dengan hasil uji t satu pihak kanan diperoleh thitung = -3,167 > ttabel = 1,6905 (signifikan, ? = 5%) artinya H0 diterima dengan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran kontekstual menggunakan media maket adalah lebih kecil dari KKM (<75). Dari hasil analisa data hasil belajar, siswa tidak tuntas pada indikator penilaian Skala, Simbol dan Notasi gambar. Kata Kunci: Model pemebelajaran kontekstual, media maket, kolom, balok, pelat. Abstract The purpose of this research are to know (1) the implementation of contextual teaching and learning model with media maket; (2) the learning outcomes after applied the contextual teaching and learning model using media maket. The type of this research is one shot case study. samples were 71 students from class XI TGB State Vocational Schools 5 Surabaya academic year 2017/2018. The research instrument used is validation sheet of device learning, observation sheet of teaching and learning activity, and test sheets. Data analysis techniques used was implementation analysis of teaching and learning outcomes, as well as left side t test. results of this research are (1) the average percentage of observations on the implementation of teaching and learning activities is 82% with very good category; (2) the average score of learning outcomes is 44% for XI GB 2 and 26% for XI GB 3. The result of left side t test is thitung = -3,167> ttable = 1,6905 (significant, ? = 5%). It is mean, H0 accepted with an average score less than KKM (<75) after applied a contextual teaching and learning model using media maket. The result of learning outcomes, students are not complete on Scale, Symbols and Notation assessment indicators. Keywords: Contextual Teaching And Learning Model, Media Maket, Columns, Beams, Slabs.
