Abstract

The complexity and context of this phenomenon are revealed through content analysis of literature and social media. This qualitative study investigates the phenomenon of cultural revitalization in the computer and internet era. In addition, this research will look at how social media influences sociocultural interactions. Research shows that social media has not only changed the way people interact with each other but has also become a place for activism, participation in politics, and developing creative ideas in the economic field. It influences sociocultural dynamics in a very complex way, which requires approaches from various scientific disciplines, such as anthropology, sociology, psychology, economics, and sociocultural political science. In conclusion, studying how social media influences society is an in-depth and complex study. Therefore, to understand how social media affects society, we need to have a broad understanding so that we can lead the revitalization of digital culture towards positive and sustainable development. The phenomenon of cultural revitalization that occurs in the digital era is the main focus of this research. This phenomenon represents a significant transformation in the way society uses, creates, and understands culture. Social media is an integral part of digital culture and plays a vital role in changing the social and cultural dynamics of society. Consequently, it is essential to understand how these changes affect people's daily lives, sociocultural frameworks, and interactions throughout the world.

Abstract

This research is focused on the implementation of PT Gojek Indonesia's Cyber PR in supporting the company's image. The purpose of this study is to understand how the implementation of PT Gojek Indonesia's Cyber Public Relations in supporting the company's image and how to overcome competition with other online transportation companies. Cyber PR in its implementation involves the interaction of message dissemination (Cutlip et al.), namely 7C consists of, Credibility, Context, Content, Clarity, Continuity and consistency, Channel, Capability of the audience. In supporting the image, one of the factors needed is service (core service, facilitating service, supporting service). The paradigm in this study is post positivism. The method used is descriptive qualitative and data collection is done by interviewing key informants and non-key informants, observation, and literature study. The results of the study show that the implementation of Cyber Public Relations using online media has the advantage that it is more measurable (can be seen by followers), targeted and effective (accurately achieving goals). In supporting the company's image, Public Relations of PT Gojek Indonesia implements by utilizing internet technology through social media that is easily accessible to the public with innovative content aimed at getting a positive response so that Gojek is always remembered and close to the hearts of the public. 2. In overcoming competition, Public Relations PT Gojek Indonesia always innovates with support services or services that differentiate them from competitors.

Abstract

Communication plays a crucial role in organizations as it influences individual interactions and the achievement of organizational goals. Within organizations, communication occurs in three main forms: verbal, non-verbal, and written. Each form contributes to shaping perceptions, building understanding, and supporting accurate decision-making. However, misunderstandings often arise due to differences in individual or group perceptions, which can impact work effectiveness and relationships among organizational members. This study aims to explore the role of verbal, non-verbal, and written communication in fostering effective relationships within organizations. Using a qualitative method and literature review, this research provides an in-depth examination of communication phenomena in organizational settings. The findings indicate that clear and effective communication—whether verbal, non-verbal, or written—can enhance employee performance, facilitate information flow, and strengthen collaboration within organizations. Therefore, it is essential for organizations to understand and implement effective communication strategies to minimize potential misunderstandings and improve work effectiveness as well as the achievement of organizational goals.
