Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dampak persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Toko Kelontong Mujinah. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap data dari 155 responden, hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan, dan lokasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Persepsi harga memiliki kontribusi sebesar 29,70%, kualitas pelayanan 36,20%, dan lokasi 32,40% terhadap kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya pemahaman mendalam tentang faktor-faktor ini dalam merumuskan strategi efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan memperkuat posisi bisnis di pasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kedai Steak Nusantara. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian digunakan dengan kueisoner terstruktur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berkunjung ke Kedai Steak Nusantara, dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis model regresi linear berganda berserta uji asumsi klasik seperti uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas, dan linearitas. Selain itu, hipotesis di evaluasi menggunakan uji f dan uji t. Hasil uji f penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan hasil uji t secara parsial kualitas produk, persepsi harga, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kedai Steak Nusantara.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi dalam meningkatkan keputusan menginap di hotel Aryaduta Menteng. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk survey. Jumlah responden sebanyak 130 tamu yaitu 30 data untuk uji validitas dan reliabilitas kemudian 100 data digunakan untuk uji lanjutan. Tamu dipilih menggunakan accidental sampling yang mana pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak, tanpa perencanaan terlebih dahulu. Pengukuran instrumen dengan skala likert mengacu pada variabel dan indiktaor penelitian. Analisis Data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa citra merek dan promosi tidak berpengaruh dalam keputusan menginap, sementara kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel Aryaduta Menteng. Tetapi variable citra merek, kualitas pelayanan, dan promosi secara bersama sama berpengaruh terhadap keputusan menginap di hotel Aryaduta Menteng.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment), motivation, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Pertamina. The approach used is quantitative with 144 employees as respondents. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, and data analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of the analysis showed that the HSSE and motivation variables had a significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that the implementation of a good work safety program and increased motivation through incentives, recognition, and career development opportunities have an important contribution to improving performance. Meanwhile, job satisfaction does not directly affect performance, but remains relevant to other aspects such as loyalty and retention. Therefore, PT Pertamina needs to focus its human resource management strategy on strengthening the HSSE system and work motivation in order to create optimal and sustainable performance in a competitive oil and gas industry environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, product quality, and promotion on consumer purchase decisions at Kopi Kenangan. Using a quantitative research approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are regular customers in Bekasi. The sampling method applied was simple random sampling, and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests with SPSS 25 software. The results show that partially, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while service quality does not have a significant effect. This indicates that consumers tend to prioritize product attributes—such as taste consistency and beverage quality—as well as the attractiveness of promotional offers when making purchasing decisions. However, simultaneously, the three variables together have a significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. These findings highlight that product quality and promotion play a dominant role in shaping consumer behavior at Kopi Kenangan. Therefore, the company should focus on maintaining superior product standards and developing innovative promotional strategies, while continuing to uphold service quality as a supporting factor to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price perception, brand image, and promotion on the purchasing decisions of Es Teh Indonesia consumers at TB. Simatupang. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling based on criteria relevant to the research objectives. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to identify partial and simultaneous effects of the three independent variables on the dependent variable, namely consumer purchasing decisions. The results show that price perception, brand image, and promotion jointly have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Partially, each variable also has a positive and significant effect. Among these variables, promotion is the most dominant factor in driving purchasing decisions, as it can attract attention, create interest, provide clear information, build emotional connections, foster strong trust, and increase the likelihood of repeated purchases consistently and sustainably in the future

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, promotion, and price perception on consumer purchase decisions at Corner Timur Café. The method used is quantitative method with a survey approach. The population in this study includes all consumers of Corner Timur Café, with a total of 127 respondents selected through purposive sampling during visits to the café in March 2025. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS software version 25. The results showed that product quality and promotion had a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase decisions, while price perception did not have a significant effect. These findings indicate that purchasing decisions are influenced more by the quality of the products offered and the effectiveness of promotions rather than price considerations. Therefore, it is recommended that Corner Timur Café prioritize improving product quality and developing a more attractive promotional strategy to increase consumer appeal and encourage increased sales.
