Abstract

In this modern era, digital skills have an important role in supporting student learning at school. If students have adequate digital skills, it will be easier to obtain information and knowledge quickly, which is useful for learning and research. Digital skills also play a role in helping students develop their innovation and creativity so they can experiment and innovate to share their creative work. If students' creativity and innovation in learning are not paid attention to, it will have an impact on students' lack of knowledge and skills, which will affect students' motivation and interest in learning. Therefore, this research discusses the importance of developing digital skills to create student innovation and creativity. This research is library research by taking references from books, journals and other literature relevant to this theme. This data analysis uses literature review analysis by analyzing and synthesizing literature regarding the previously written discussion topics. The results of this research explain the importance of developing digital skills to create student innovation and creativity.

Abstract

The head master is a leader in an Islamic educational institution who has a very important role in growing teacher work productivity, because if teacher productivity is not paid attention to, it will have an impact on decreasing the quality of teaching and a lack of innovation in learning. So this research aims to determine the role of head master in increasing teacher work productivity in TPA Ali Adam Coper Ponorogo. This research uses a qualitative case study type approach, for main data collection using in-depth interviews through semi-structured interview guidelines with heads and teachers TPA Ali Adam Coper, the data analysis model used is Miles and Huberman which goes through three stages, namely data condensation, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this research found that, the role of the head master in increasing teacher work productivity through the leadership model of momong, among, and ngemong, so that teachers at the TPA Ali Adam are motivated to take part in various activities and training both inside and outside the madrasa that can support productivity teacher work. This is a valuable investment for teachers' professional development, which aims to improve the quality of the education they provide, thereby increasing student and parent satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract: The speed of accessing information and the ease of obtaining references create the potential to improve literacy and the potential for increased plagiarism. This study aims at determining efforts to optimize IoT and AI in improving literacy and efforts to prevent plagiarism. The research was library research that analysze various literature sources such as research articles journals and other relevant sourcesbooks, synthesize and formulating conclusion.. The research results indicated that the increasing of literacy and plagiarism is due to easy access to AI and IoT. The human resources capability in using Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) wisely based on academic integrity principles can potentially improve literacy in Indonesia. Teacher played roles as motivator, facilitator, and classroom manager if utilized wisely by promoting academic integrity. Educators as facilitators must have the ability in the field of technology so that they can detect the level of similarity of students’ work, in addition to create a culture of literacy through increasing interest in reading, training students to think critically, and providing digital literacy competencies. Increasing literacy and preventing plagiarism through optimizing IoT and AI can be successful if there wasis cooperation and support from education stakeholders.Abstrak: Kecepatan mengakses informasi dan kemudahan mendapatkan referensi menciptakan potensi untuk meningkatkan literasi dan tantangan untuk meningkatknya tindakan plagiasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya optimalisasi IoT dan AI dalam meningkatkan literasi dan upaya untuk mencegah tindakan plagiasi. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan melalui tahapan mengumpulkan dan yaitu menganalisis dari berbagai sumber kepustakaan seperti artikel jurnal dan buku sumber yang relevan, mensintesis dan menarik kesimpulan lainnya. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi dan kecenderungan tindakan plagiasi disebabkan kemudahan akses dan penggunaan IoT dan AI. Faktor kemampuan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam menggunakan IoT dan AI secara bijak dapat berpotensi untuk meningkatkan literasi di Indonesia apabila dimanfaatkan secara bijak dengan mengedepankan integritas akademik akan berdampak pada optimalisasi literasi. Pendidik berperan sebagai motivator, fasilitator, pengelola kelas sekaligus advisor harus memiliki kemampuan di bidang teknologi sehingga bisa mendeteksi tingkat kemiripan hasil karya siswa, disamping itu penciptaan budaya literasi di sekolah melalui peningkatan minat baca, melatih siswa berpikir kritis, dan memberikan bekal kompetensi literasi digital. Peningkatan literasi dan pencegahan plagiasi melalui optimalisasi IoT dan AI dapat berhasil jika terdapat kerjasama dan dukungan dari stakeholder pendidikan.
