Abstract

The Strengthening of Student Pancasila Profile Project is one of the most crucial elements in the Merdeka Curriculum. This project involves a planning process consisting of several steps, including the appointment of facilitator teams, evaluation of the readiness level of educational units, designing dimensions, themes, and time allocation, compiling project modules, and designing strategies for reporting project results. The aim of this research is to investigate the implementation of the Strengthening of Student Pancasila Profile Project in Early Childhood Education (ECE) institutions. This research adopts a qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation to elucidate how this project is implemented as part of the Merdeka Curriculum in ECE institutions. The data analysis method employed is the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, comprising data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that educational units have followed the established planning process and adapted it to their circumstances, including selecting one theme from P5. In conclusion, ECE institutions in Serang City have successfully implemented P5 by designing its themes and topics, creating project modules, and implementing them in their institutions

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi kepribadian guru dalam pembentukan karakter anak usia dini di PAUD Delima Kota Bengkulu. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Delima kota Bengkulu. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan validasi data melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru di PAUD Delima  berusaha untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas diri dan memberikan yang terbaik bagi anak-anak, sehingga dapat menciptakan generasi penerus yang unggul Namun, terdapat faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan, kondisi geografis guru yang tinggal cukup jauh dari tempat mengajar serta kendaraan yang tidak selalu ada. Kepala sekolah harus berperan aktif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui pemantauan, pembinaan, serta penerapan sistem teguran terhadap guru guru. Kepala sekolah juga  menyediakan kesempatan bagi tenaga pendidik untuk mengembangkan profesionalisme melalui pelatihan, seminar, dan kegiatan pembelajaran.Untuk meningkatkan kualitas kompetensi kepribadian guru PAUD penting bagi setiap pendidik untuk terus mengembangkan diri melalui berbagai pelatihan dan pengalaman.Kata Kunci: Kompotensi Kepribadian Guru PAUD, Karakter,Anak Usia DiniAbstract         This research aims to analyze the personality competencies of teachers in forming the character of early childhood in PAUD Delima, Bengkulu City. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, this research was carried out at PAUD Delima, Bengkulu City. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, with data validation through triangulation. The results of the research show that teachers at PAUD Delima strive to continue to improve their quality and provide the best for children, so that they can create a superior next generation. However, there are external factors that influence discipline, the geographical condition of teachers who live quite far from their place. teaching and vehicles that are not always available. School principals must play an active role in improving teacher personality competence through monitoring, coaching, and implementing a warning system for teachers. School principals must also provide opportunities for teaching staff to develop professionalism through training, seminars and learning activities. To improve the quality of personality competence of PAUD teachers, it is important for every educator to continue to develop themselves through various training and experiences.
